Chambre bruyante et pas très commerçant avec les touristes malgré les déconvenues.

Propreté de l’établissement.

Cons:

Pas de café au petit déjeuner le premier matin car la machine était en panne.
Nous avons demandé du café qui n’est jamais arrivé.
Nous n’avons pas mangé pour le coup et le petit déjeuner nous a été facturé.
De plus, notre chambre était extrêmement bruyante car exposé au-dessus d’une rue où les bars d’ambiance sont implantés.

Perfect location, friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and kept clean each day by hotel cleaning staff. We were given fresh towels, loo roll and water every day. The bed was really comfy and the shower was amazing! The staff were so friendly in reception and at the little pool bar in particular (valter - I hope I spelt his name right) The hand wash / shampoo smelt devine! The location was perfect for walking into the old town and easy to get an Uber from if we wanted to travel slightly further out. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons:

It wasn't really an issue for us in particular as there were earbuds provided in the room. But where our room was you could hear the music from the strip below to early hours. The only other small detail was there was no door to the shower - perfectly fine for a couple however I was staying with my sister and felt a bit awkward showering.

I enjoyed all break fast plenty and off excellent standard it was xmas newyear and bucks fizz was on tap at breakfast the staff were very good .room was spotless . Rained few days but took advantage off indoor pool and spa restaurants and bars at doors would revisite
