Ideal location, lovely sunbed area, room was a good size
The fridge in our room didn’t seem to be working so couldn’t keep drinks cool, the balcony was a bit grubby cigarette butts on the floor (we don’t smoke) so from the previous people!
Excellent location
Café da manhã muito bom e localização próximo ao centro e à principal praia. A limpeza do quarto estava ok.
Achei que o custo é muito alto pelo que oferece. Não há estacionamento e o mais próximo é a 10-15 min caminhando. Além disso, alguns quartos (no caso o nosso) tem uma janela que dá literalmente para um "buraco". Achei ruim essa experiência.
The hotel was amazing from start to finish. The room was great and clean. Everything you needed all in one place and the location is superb. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Even the bar staff were beautiful, the breakfast was amazing too
We even left our passports at hotel and they drove all the time to give us passports for us to get a flight on time.

I asked the reception guy for house keeping to come to our room since they knocked before 10 AM but they never came when we needed towels, coffee, and water so that was the main bummer.
Lovely staff. So pleasant and helpful especially girl at reception. She went above and beyond to help make my husbands birthday special. All staff so nice. Bar staff were fab. Food delicious at pool bar. Rooms spotless clean.
Little bit noisy but we knew that before we came. Maybe not good for older people who go to bed early.

The pool area and comfortable double loungers were great, staff we’re all very friendly and accommodating, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, location was great with a choice of exits to either party street or quieter area for walking. Took us in late at night as we decided the first hotel we had booked wasn’t for us.
Our room was pretty small, but was a last minute booking and did see that other rooms here are a better size. Our toilet was pretty much in the room behind a glass door which was a bit off putting but think it was just the small room we had got
Fantastic location. Once we moved rooms our stay was fine
First room we were given was tiny and terrible. Had to show them photos on booking.com of room type booked, to get them to move us. Tedious getting around the hotel as you need to take 2 different lifts to get anywhere. No light switch in loo so whole room has to be switched on (wakes others up at night). No privacy whatsoever. Some reception staff less than friendly. Was rather looking forward to those gloating bean bags in the pool on their photos. Not there😔
Just back from a week here, the hotel was perfect, location for us was spot on, and although on the strip, once doors closed it was quite quiet,
For five a massive shout to the cleaners, clean towels daily, even bed changed half way through the week, absolutely spotless, we also had breakfast which was really nice, plenty to choose from and lovely staff, can’t fault anything at this hotel, can’t wait to come back
I think the only issue was storage in room, it wasn’t a big deal but I lived out of my case as no room for stuff,
