Nothing
The vending machines had nothing
They don't have breakfast and the office closes early so I couldn't even get cups or other necessities. The pool isn't working and the ad is misleading. I got charged a pet cleaning fee bcuz my friend stopped by and said hello and had his dogs with him, they were there 20-30 min.
See question above, I don't like the misleading parts, it's not ok. They're technically lying.
Location
Looked under construction and old
Room newly painted and bathroom updated. Big TV with easy access to streaming apps. Fridge and microwave were handy too.
Hotel need renovation
This accommodation with two bedrooms worked fine for our night in Port Angeles. The price was good. The location was great for our first hike in Olympic NP.
The rooms were pretty dated. There was a hole in bathroom door that needed repair.
No positive features.
The property was dirty and in need of repair. It was a dirty motel. Outter corridors were filthy. Room was clean. Coffee maker was present with coffee. No cups to drin, coffee from. Advertised as having a pool and spa. Hover they are boarded up and havent5been used in years.
room was very comfortable, missed not have a breakfast available
no food service
Everything OK, nothing special but nothing terrible
Could have been a bit cheaper
Had to wait over an hour to check in. No apology or accommodation from the staff, just come back later.
Haha, I like nothing.
Noisy, dirty.
Nothing, haha.
The room was pleasantly cool when entering
Dirty linens from previous guest hanging on shower rod
Tissue box had one tissue in it
Sheets had gray smudges or stains at the head of the bed.
Bedside lamp shade was cracked in multiple places
No extra blanket
Broken lamp in the corridor when we arrived and still there the next day
Black bags of garbage piled next to the elevator when we arrived and were still there the next day
The entire time we were there frequently there was a cart or something that came through that was like a train coming through out in the corridor … I don’t know what it was but it was very disruptive. Evening and morning.
When reporting these issues to the front desk woman the next morning during checkout her reply was a chastisement for not getting redressed and coming down to report these things late (9:30-10 pm) after a very long day. Her tone was rude, critical and insinuated I deserved what I got which was no consideration, understanding or reduction in my bill. To round it all out she refused to print me a receipt/ invoice and said that was their policy.
A couple days later I called the hotel and was told that was untrue and that they would email me a bill.
Clean
TV channels choice was limited
