The room and kitchenette were exactly as described. This was a much needed place to stay for a large family before taking an early morning ferry.
No continental which was fine. But, it could have helped give a small snack to the beginning of the day.
Office didn't open until 7, so we couldn't even grab a hot tea or coffee before leaving.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Easy access to Olympic National Park
Doors and walls were dirty. Lamps dusty Spiders in bathtub and in corners. No service our entire stay. Could use more towels. No lotion and I didn't bring any with me because hotels always provide lotion. Front staff were not friendly and felt like we were interrupting their day when we checked in.
Good location, the suite was nice.
For the price you would expect a very nice room. The bathroom door was so dirty it made you question the rest of the room. The pool and hot tub are both shut down which was a big reason we chose this place. The elevator certificate was expired a year and it smelled like burnt rubber inside of it.
Good location
Location, amenities
Lack of towel hooks/bar/ring/rack in the bathroom.
Close to ferry to Victoria.
Short on silverware, and cooking utensils in kitchenette suite. . Water took 10-15 minutes to get warm on the 3 rd floor.
Staff was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable.
The pool was out of order. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom and peeling paint on the door of the bathroom.
The location was great. Downtown Port Angeles and close proximity to restaurants and the National Park VC
The room wasn’t very sound proof. We were on a corner and it was very noisy. We could hear everyone walking past, luggage wheels rolling. The staff were also quite short with guests. On checkout, the one woman was vacuuming, the door mats. Didn’t even move when we came to the door or stop the vacuum when we came in - just said to put the keys in the bowl and didn’t greet us or ask how our stay was.
check in staff was nice, check in process was smooth. kitchen was clean.
Kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils. The check out staff was extremely rude. I received a phone call at 10:15pm several hours after checking in, asking when i would arrive. When i followed up with front desk the next morning to clarify why I received this call, the staff was extremely rude. I requested a receipt and the staff was very rude and refused to provide me with one.
The female concierge was exceptional. She really came through when I required some assistance. High marks for her.
Too expensive.
Ok location i guess. Thats about the only good thing about this place
Expensive! Overpriced for how crappy and run-down everything is.. Pool/hot tub not working. Doors had chips, paint peeled off, grease/grime. Gross hotel! Our room was literally in front of the elevator doors, so we could not open our windows or curtains the entire stay, just horrible. We will never ever stay here again
Close to Olympic National Park
Sheets were somewhat unclean, walls were old and coming apart, table in room was wobbly. Front desk woman in the morning had a bad attitude
Close to every thing
