Tout s'est bien déroulé et c'est ce à quoi l'on s'attendait.
Pros:

Le déjeuner était très correct et agréable. Ça évite de sortir pour manger, surtout en hiver.

Cons:

La salle de bain est vraiment petite impossible de déposer quoi que ce soit près du lavabo. Il faut tout garder dans la valise. Idéalement il y aurait une veilleuse ou une lampe que l'on peut laisser allumer si on se lève la nuit.

Dès notre arrivée, 10 minutes après un chien s’est mis à aboyer sans arrêt dans la chambre d’à côté….
Dès notre appel à la réception, le Responsable est venu sans tarder, très gentil et courtois , ns a offfert immédiatement de changer de chambre,
Cependant il a fallu refaire nos valises, un peu tannant, mais à part ça, tout a été parfait.
Il serait bon de sensibiliser les arrivants qui ont un chien, afin d’éviter ce désagrément.
Lors d’une location précédente, je vs jure, il y a eu des excréments en plein milieu du passage…..Ns étions sur notre départ, me souviens pas si j’avais avisé la réception, mais pour l’hôtel ça peut être très désagréable.

Fait qq années que je loue chez vous, je crois vs revoir prochainement,

Déjeuner offert avec le prix de la chambre.

Cons:

L’insonorisation est déficiente, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe. Entendre le voisin d’en haut marcher jusqu’à 2h00 am, n’a pas rendu la nuit agréable.
Manque de lumière pour utiliser le bureau.

Good, but could be better!

It is very clean and although is not new, everything is well maintained.

Cons:

Breakfast was automatically included at booking time. There is not even an option NOT to include breakfast. So, Everyone who stays at the hotel would have breakfast. At the check in time they gave us a coupon for breakfast, which we forgot to bring in with us in the morning. When we came for breakfast, it was clear that we stayed at the hotel, we walked in from inside the hotel and didn't have our boots and coats, yet the staff insisted to bring the coupon. We told them the number of our room and asked to check our names, No, they would not believe us! Bring the damn coupon!
So, we had to go back to the room to get the car keys, then to the car to get the coupon where we left it the night before.
I understand the rules, no question, but use your brain when you apply them! There could be exceptions, be more understanding of your customer's situation!
