Wonderful stay in Ginger hotel, Chennai and Pudducherry. Staff was very polite, helpful and cooperative. Location of hotel is good. Food was excellent. Lavish breakfast was enjoyable.

Overall a decent stay, if you ignore a few points.
Pros:

Reception staff was helpful, active. Location is good. Food served was tasty, breakfast had nice options too. Overall decent stay.

Cons:

Cleanliness takes a backseat. Rooms need a makeover. The colours are too dampening on the mood. The hotel could do with a rennovation.
