Wrong choice of stay chosen.
Pros:

Nothing at this place is good to write about. Only the location is central.

Cons:

The staff look sad and overworked as the whole property requires a major facelift and upgrade work. Price to amenities is very poor. This might as well been a very low budget property. Cleanliness is poor , bedsheets, towels and pillow cases shabby and stained. Yellow grime and smelly toilets as the exhaust fans do not work anymore. Dust and unclean surfaces everywhere. Skip the place not worth the money and health issues you might face.

Pros:

The stay was very good and your team was excellent. The front office team consisting of Nitesh and Febronia helped throughout the stay. The F&B support staff Veronica & krupa were gracious enough to assist whenever the i was on the table eating. And thanks to Shiva Prakash for the recommendations at the food end.
All the best Guys and looking forward to stay again at the property.

The standards have fallen !
Pros:

I had a short stay after booking online. The service and the staff makes up for the inadequacy of the room. They served tasty food, were very helpful and considerate. The check-in was breeze and the breakfast was very good.
The room disappointed me. The chipped MDF furniture, poorly located kettle and electric switches. Bathroom with rusted fittings , old bathroom wear and cloudy mirror. The room looks fabulous in the website though. I must hasten to add that all were in working condition. The only lift available the was unserviceable during the day, clearly not acceptable for a senior citizen like me.
