Great Location, could walk everywhere. Nice view, could sit out on the balcony with a drink and relax.
Didn't have a toaster in the room. We took bread to make breakfast. Cafe downstairs but no room service.
The room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. I loved that it was right on the water, close to shops, cafes and other places of interest. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Car parking was available next door to the hotel.

I like how the building was neat and tidy across all areas of the premises. The noise level from other members stays was quiet and calm. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Never too hard to help out.
I would have liked to see more options on the menu for breakfast. Found the options to be quite limiting.
The Sebel is exceptionally situated to enjoy everything Mandurah has to offer. The bathroom was fairly modern and fresh with toiletries included.
The reception staff were friendly and offered me a ‘water view’ when I raised concerns about the bad smell in the hotel. Unfortunately that would not have fixed the issue.
The ground floor where we were located smells like a residential old people’s home. It’s overpowering and seems to come from the corridor carpet and bed linen. The room looked clean but tired and the mini bar advertised comprised of two over priced bottles of water. We did not eat in the hotel.
The hotel’s location is possibly the reason for the price, but nothing else about the hotel seemed to offer value.
