The grounds where lovely and very well kept.

We had a national championship at Durham so the location and price worked very well! Rooms were decent for residence and the area was quiet

Should have cable TV.

Well the place was a good value for the money. We have stayed here twice now and it’s not the cleanest place. We had to wipe the floor as it was quite dirty and sticky

This is a university dorm. The furnishings are basic, but overall good. Our only recommendation would be to have a television in the room.

My first impression of this place was the cleanliness of the property from the outside and also the inside.
The rooms were very clean as well.
The washroom fxtures were dated but that wasnt too much of an issue as the place was really clean.

The elevator was far from my room, and I had to walk a lot to get to the parking. The vending machines didn’t work well, I had to pay 3 times for 1 drink to come out, and it wasn’t the one I wanted.

Our stay was okay in general, and the employees did fine with service while we were there. One piece of advice though is to clearly state that the "hotel rooms" are dorm rooms that they are using as hotel rooms. The beds were small, there were no amenities such as tv's or shower items like shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. Otherwise it was fine. A little annoying because it shows that there would be three guests staying in the room but only offered two bath towels, and no wash cloths.

Good spot. Very convenient, private, amenities like laundry are a nice to have. Walkable to plenty of food outlets. Pro Tip: you can access campus rec facilities (included) - gym/track/etc. Bring your Fire Stick or HMDI cable with your laptop if you want in-room tv. Overall like the place and will go back when I need similar type accommodations.

Spent 30 minutes trying to find the right building. Signs are needed. We came in at 11:00 PM in the dark and couldn't find it. Room was fine. Front desk friendly but we were tired and angry by the time we got inside.

I stayed at this accommodation during summer road trips probably twice, several years ago. There have been some changes since then, and not good ones. There is no longer breakfast available on site, nor is cable television provided in the rooms. I have never been to a hotel where there is no cable TV. The prices have also gone up significantly, although they are probably competitive with others in the area. On the plus side, the staff are excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. I probably won't go back due to the aforementioned lack of amenities and price-point.

very good value and price if you are looking for 2 bedroom accomodation for event or visit to the area. Dont expect ammenities in room however. There is a fridge but take your own plates, cups and cutlery if needed. Only complaint was not being told that TV only works for streaming so if you want entertainment dont forget you patch cord . They also failed to mention that Samsung products block the internet signal so unless you have Apple be prepared to use data on your phone.
