Great
Love the environment. I can say it’s not a fancy one, but comfortable.
The property has been upgraded over the past two years. We stay here at least twice each summer to attend events at the Welland International Flatwater Center. It’s a safe and comfortable place to stay. My only complaint is that there is nothing offered for breakfast. Not even coffee or tea! With the price being charged(comparable to hotel prices) some food and drink options are expected.
This is a student residence. If you understand that, this place is great. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. I stay here all the time.
Spacious accommodation. Only surprise- no stove nor equipment in the kitchen.
Bathroom needs updating... mould in ceiling but otherwise clean.
Very well organized
Bathroom could use a refresher
Easy check-in and
Very good value. Not the fanciest place to stay but it is clean and comfortable.

Chambre un peu loin de la porte de sortie.
I was surprised by how large our rooms were. My dorm room in college was smaller than 1 of the suites. The extra space & full-sized fridge made travelling with kids much easier. We'd definitely stay there again.
Quite affordable considering the location. This is a college student accommodation available to the general public over the summer months. Rooms are basic and a bit dated, but tidy and clean, and given the low cost, it’s quite okay and I would recommend it highly. Wifi is good and there is free parking. No breakfast or coffee available, but our unit had a kitchen.
When we first checked in, the front desk attendant told us the air conditioning was not working and that we could decide whether or not we wanted to stay before we checked in.
This is not a last minute decision I was expecting to make. They said it would likely be fixed the next day, that would only inconvenience us for one of our 3 nights and we decided to stay. However this was just the begging. The room stunk. The bedding stunk. Only to be described as a mix of body odour and old food. Shower was dirty with a used wet cloth in the middle of the floor. There were many bugs in the room and the bed my son was staying in. The linens were not clean, we all got rashes and my wife got pink eye from using them. The staff was unfriendly and so, I was hesitant about raising any of these issues with them. Lastly, food options are absolutely terrible and what they do have is grossly overpriced. Since the condition were this terrible we also, had to go offsite for water, as bottled water is banned from the Niagara college properties.
Don’t think you’re saving anything staying here. Save your sanity and sanitation by spending a few more bucks anywhere else.
Came to town for a Jackfish baseball game and golf the next day. Location was perfect for our stay in the area. Clean facility with friendly service, free parking and 24/7 attendant at the front desk. Felt safe while on the property. If you're looking for a no frills place to stay this is your place. Not the Royal York, but does not claim to be either. Clean, safe, comfortable, free parking, perfect for one or two nights. Only negative regarding our stay was bathroom kind of small but this will not change our plans for staying here again in the future.
I had my 90 year old disabled mom with me and every thing is great.
No tiene nada de equipamiento en la cocina, ni platos ,vasos cubiertos.
