Excellent location; giant room with kitchen.
Pros:

The staff was friendly The air conditioning worked well. The room was clean and big. The kitchen was good to have. Lots of parking available.

Cons:

The TV did not work properly and it glitched.
The mattresses were very soft.
There could have been a task light.
There could have been a kettle and some plates with cutlery in the kitchen.

Cons:

Room door wasn't opening. we were stuck for about 30 minutes just trying to open the door, and the bathroom floor was pumping up.

Pros:

Good condition overall. Shower head needs work. Left some items behind by accident they must’ve taken it or thrown it in the garbage. Don’t trust the cleaning staff in your room

I would recommend.
Pros:

Very easy check in. Room was super clean and had everything I could need. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was easily adjustable. Lots of storage space.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was lacking. The entrance doors are not easy to manoeuvre when you've got your hands full of baggage. Automatic doors would be a nice touch.

Pros:

Arrived and room smelled like smoke. Reported and told no other options but that room. Few days in there was an unannounced “bed bug inspection. They turned all the bedding into balls and sprayed the room. With our things in it while we were not there. When I went to the front desk someone told me they were supposed to email, call and leave a letter about it.

Ants in the kitchen all over everything.
Much damage to the place. Light fixtures broken, walls damaged.

Parking near the access doors is extremely limited. You have to park around the back of the
Building and hike in with your things.

13 day trip and no bedding changes and no towels. Had to empty our own garbages and recycling and when we asked about it they told us to take
It to the dumpster ourselves.

Paid 100% up front for the entire trip. On departure they tried to tell us we still owed 208 dollars. After looking at the system they decided it was bc we booked on Expedia and and for some reason the amount of the discount given was shown as owed in their system.

The smell of cigarettes is strong when someone stands out back and smokes outside your room.

At night a tow truck company called KW towing parked in a spot right outside the room with the diesel engine running for hours. It sounded like a horrible loud engine and we had to call the desk. They said they would send security. We watched security talk to the row of ruck driver for an hour and laughed and left.


It’s not a hotel.

Pros:

I was needing a bed at this location for one easy night and this was perfect. It was kind of cool staying in a dorm room. The beds are separated with a little wall and there is a lovely bathroom and then the small kitchen facility. It would be a great place for families on the road that need a night. You have to bring anything you would like to use in the kitchen. There is a TV but that is it. There are no utensils, coffee maker, lamps etc. But there is a fridge.
It was exceptionally clean, and the bed was firm but comfortable for one night. The air conditioning works really well.
Parking right there and check-in was easy with a very pleasant people.

If you need bare min for low price this will do

The staff at the front desk when we checked in was very unfriendly. The charge if $60-70 for one hour of early check in/late check out is insane especially with empty rooms.
