Would book again.
Pros:

Everything clean and enough towels.

Cons:

I don’t like how you call it complimentary parking as if it’s a courtesy. Any parking at an establishment should be free especially when paying for the accommodation. Please remove the signage.

Pros:

When I went to the property it look a lot different from the pictures, I call that false advertisement. The rooms and inside the space , look like a college dorm. On the website it shows a hotel room?? But nevertheless it was clean, communication with front desk staff was excellent.. But you guys need to take down those fake pictures and let your customers really know what they are renting. Cause at the end of the day my credit card was charged and I didn’t get what I payed for!

Pros:

I got stuck in Toronto Sunday ( last night) because of air Canada strike. Air Canada told me they couldn't get me a flight home within the next few days and then I never heard a word from them. I then proceeded to book this hotel for 2 nights. Today I messaged air Canada and got a ticket on the flight tonight. I called expedia if they could give me refund and they said no problem we will talk to the hotel for this rare circumstance. Then I asked the hotel first thing this am if I could get a refund for tonight and they wouldn't allow it. So I got no refund at all. So not only am I stuck with extra costs I'm also paying for services I'm not using. Not very accommodating.
To top it off the hotel rooms were smelly and floors were disgusting. Stains everywhere. I mentioned that to them also but they just said we will have housekeeping look. Bed was all lumpy also.
