Not bad
Quiet, winery across the street
The actual building is behind the main campus. It’s a dorm/campus apartment so don't expect anything fancy like a hotel. The website should have a map showing the guests exactly how to get here. The 1st building on your left when u turn in is the main campus. The 1st building on your right is the winery. You need to drive further in and it’s the last tall building on your left behind the main campus. It can be a bit confusing to find the place if you arrived at night without any clear instruction. The place is clean. Very basic. Safe. Free parking lot onsite. The staffs are nice. There’s a bus stop in front of the main campus that takes you to Niagara Falls. We didn’t use it because we have our car. The location is great. There’s an outlet mall within 15 minutes walk. Niagara Falls is about 15 minutes drive. Very easy and convenient.

Low flow shower heads a bit annoying.
I most liked the price. Hotels in Niagara on the Lake are very expensive in summer. I would stay here again. It was no frills but nice and clean. It took us a while to find the proper building but that was likely from not reading the signs properly.

Some of the staff were not friendly
It was very convinient to have 2 separate bedroom for 3 of us with our daughter. It's not the first time and definitelly we'll look for this residency next year
the layout- beautiful view, use of kitchenette, doors on the bedrooms
there was some light coming through the blinds at night- I should have brought an eye mask if I had one. I totally get that you might not want to invest in black out blinds but I would have appreciated them
Convenient, good price, close to restaurants
The air conditioner was very loud, and kept me awake. The kitchen and bathroom lights are inadequate - these rooms are WAY too dark. Working at the kitchen sink was impossible - too dark to see while preparing food, etc.
I liked the layout of the two bedroom suite. The rooms were even outfitted with televisions.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Rooms are quiet and provided good sleep after returning from Shaw play. Front desk staff were uninviting. No cordial greeting from staff. A smile and simple hello is the basic of expectations.
Quiet, spacious, conveniently located
Location. Front desk was friendly. Hot shower. Great water pressure. Fridge and microwave worked well. Very quiet.
Mattress was way too hard as were the pillows. Room 419 needs new blinds in room A as well as the lamp shades need to be replaced as they are all stained. The doors and frames need a paint as well as the carpets in the hallways as well as the elevator area definitely needs to be painted and carpets replaced as there are holes.
