I think it’s pricey for the value.

Asked for a late check out and was given till noon, which was great, but the housekeepers kept trying to come into the room and I had to tell them I’m not ready yet as I’m taking out my stuff to my car and requested they come back at noon when I’m checked out.

I mean... it wasn't the cleanest of hotels. There was dust on the chairs - thick layers of it. And at the base of the mattress where the bedsheet was tucked there was stains on the duvet - so clearly it wasn't checked or washed. The worst thing is I had late check out; and after running a load of items down to my vehicle and came back to get more literally a few minutes after 12pm cleaning staff was already in there. They had already torn everything apart meaning they were in there before 12pm. When the elevator doors opened; all of my remaining things including my purse and bag of food (lunch, perishables) was in a dirty laundry hamper sitting on top of soiled gross dirty looking sheets which was disgusting. Not only did they touch and handle my personal posessions, but they placed them on top of other rooms' dirty sheets. Did not get reimbursed for my lost lunch - I didn't end up eating anything else than what was left from the breakfast as had to go to work for the full day until 10pm.

At check in the staff was not very approachable, they seemed as though they did not like their job!. We did not want room cleaned the first day as we arrived late the night before and did not use many of the supplied items. However, the second day we did not have our room cleaned and the shower had long strains of dark hair that was not mine or my husbands. It was rather disgusting. We never had the complimentary breakfasts as they were offered at 6am to 8am which is too early.

There was some noise like someone was fixing something at night or there were pipes making noise, not sure which.

Our fridge, shower curtain were dirty. The bathroom door and door handle had damage. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner were all empty.

The tile in the elevator is cracking, the highway noise is loud and the room next to me was loud and its a bit expensive. But I brought my box fan the next time I stayed and the worked well.

Breakfast sausages were great. Bacon and bit overcooked for me. Scrambled eggs and omelets were not super tasty as they have been in the past.

De prijs / kwaliteit verhouding viel ons wat tegen.
Ook het ontbijt was wat karig en bij vertrek was er geen koffie meer aanwezig.
