Good food, plenty of dishes to choose from. Superb hot foamy choco from Ian and excellent service from Gino.

Clean hotel, great service
Pros:

Second time staying here. Great service all around, as always. Gym was surprisingly big and complete. Pool was heated. Blu was also very helpful loading our bags to our car.

Warm and thoughtful service⭐️
Pros:

We stayed at Joy~Nostalg Ortigas for 3 days & 2 nights…..The entire experience was comfortable, warm, and stress-free.

Big thank you to Janne Erika for making sure everything went smoothly, and to Nizzel, Arlene, Vincent, and Bert, I believe they are all room attendants. They were all so kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed.

What we truly appreciated was how considerate the team was about my niece’s allergies. They made sure the room was properly cleaned and prepared, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. That extra care meant a lot to us. Every request was handled with genuine care, and you can really feel how much the staff values their guests.

Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back again!❤️❤️❤️

People Make the Property
Pros:

Spent the holidays here with my family and had a very comfortable stay. We were so busy that we didn’t even have the chance to use the amenities or snap photos of the spacious room and the city view - something that is very unlike me.

Despite a couple of minor room hiccups (the AC wasn’t as cold as I prefer, and the washing machine flooding the kitchen/dining area), the service was the real standout. Highlighting Peter and Mervin (Housekeeping) and Kiko (Engineering) for resolving the issue promptly. No deflection, no delays, just resolution. As it should be.

Huge thanks to Liza and Micher for handling the reservations smoothly. And of course to Omar and the Front Office team - Karen, Joy, Albert, Carlo, Blu, and Marlon who were consistently warm and professional. Their genuine attitude added a personal touch that’s hard to find.

This property works because of its people. Management would do well to protect and retain this team. They are the true asset and the reason guests return.

An Annual Christmas Affair
Pros:

Spending Christmas Eve at Joy Nostalg with the family has become our annual affair, and it never disappoints. The location is great, parking is more than enough, and the place always feels warm and familiar. The rooms are clean and big. Truly a tradition we cherish—definitely coming back again next year.

Perfect place for business gatherings!
Pros:

The ambiance and atmosphere is very suitable for formal and business gatherings, it's perfect for large groups but it still feels intimate. The staffs are very welcoming and they are all very attentive to our needs during our meal. Chef Nhyl and also Sheryl assisted us on the available food and recommended to us what to try. Would love to bring my family here next time! ☺️
