I know that it can be busy but we waited over an hr for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport....but once at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised with the service, room, hospitality...

Location..
The room was spacious and well equipped. The courtyard and pool area was relaxing.
The only thing that I think could use more attention waxtge cleaning of the hallways and elevator floors.
Breakfast selections were wonderful. The pool was warm and clean. Putting green near the pool was neat! Location was very close to the Tri-rail. Dunkin donuts and Wendy's are across the street. Suite had two KING beds (rare to find), full kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher.
We couldn't check in early, due to the hotel being sold out the night prior. (No fault of the hotel or staff). But, we had to waste time ubering to a local mall to waste 3-4 hours. The staff were very nice and stored our luggage for us in the conference room.
We were placed in an accessible room and the shower curtain wouldn't close and was hung on a bowed out shower rod. This caused the water to flood the bathroom floor with every shower. Very poor design. We had to waste towels and line the floor to dam the water near the shower.

Overall it was actually very comfortable, super clean. No complaints about the staff, they were very friendly. The breakfast was really good as well.
At one point the outside lock stopped working and I had to keep resetting my key each time I wanted to get in my room on the first day. However, they switched me to a different room and it was taken care of so I can’t complain.
