Good location, large suite with living room and bedroom
Cleanness was not too good, dishes in the kitchen were dirty.
Suite booked for 3 persons had only two chairs!

I booked three rooms months in advance for the night before our family cruise, and this hotel was a huge disappointment.
The shuttle service was a mess. We were repeatedly told it would arrive in “10 minutes,” but waited over an hour with a total of 14-15 people. The rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, and one of our reservations was somehow lost after I was given a digital key. I did not get any of the rooms that I had pre-selected on the app. Staff seemed confused and overwhelmed. It was after 4:30 when we got the last room.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and no one came to fix it, forcing me to move rooms. The rooms were dated, smelled musty, and were not as advertised.
Looks great in the photos, but the reality was far different. I would not stay here again.
Small but fulfilling
No restraints near buy we had to take a Uber to go out. We just ordered pizza.
Great convenient hotel short distance from FLL & Cruise Port. Check in easy and quick with friendly staff.
Airport shuttle is free and leaves every hour. Cruise shuttle has to be paid for and ordered in advance. For airport shuttle just call when you arrive at FLL and they will pick you up until midnight. Breakfast is free and server (smiling lady with the sunflower apron) is friendly and takes care of the guests with a smile. Plenty of breakfast items to choose from and fruit also available. Breakfast staff Arena went above and beyond grabbing me some breakfast items when I arrived a little late. Thank you Arena for allowing me to still have something to eat. Rooms are spacious, with two TV's, a seated area, large fridge and I recommend having a car at this hotel because there is nothing really close by. Wendy's is next door but closes early and if you don't have a car you need to order online to pick up from the window. Noor bakery is closeby for mediterranean pastries. Aside from that, there is nothing else to walk to. The hotel shuttle will take you to Dania Place at 6pm if you book it, unfortunately it does not go in the morning. Keep in mind most places close early in Dania place so no late night shopping available. Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar is the best place to go once the shuttle drops you off. Tommy's has happy hour cocktails for $5.00 Great food at great prices. Hotel Shuttle picks you up again at 9pm from Dania Place.

Would have appreciated a free cruise port transfer, but the Uber was only $18, so it was fine

Os carpetes do quarto e dos corredores do prédio parecia velho. O banheiro tinha cortina no box e molhava o piso ao redor.
