overrated hotel, uncomfortable stay, poor cooling, annoying fire-alarm light, and extremely poor val
Cons:

Overrated Hotel – Poor Cooling, Noise, and Poor Value for Money
The hotel is highly overrated and does not deserve its current rating. The management did not properly operate the central air-conditioning system. Instead, they only provided a basic fan/water-based cooling system, which was not sufficient to cool the room.
When we contacted the reception and reported the problem, the staff member did not take any effective action to resolve it and simply left the situation as it was. The room was uncomfortably hot and not properly cooled.
In addition, the fire alarm indicator light kept flashing throughout the entire night. It was extremely annoying and disturbed my sleep, making it very difficult to get proper rest.
The carpet was also very old; it clearly needs to be replaced.
Overall, the hotel is far too expensive for the level of service and facilities provided. The amount paid was completely disproportionate to the quality of the stay.
In my opinion, this hotel is seriously overrated and does not justify its current rating or price

Excellent, clean and comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. Highly recommended for families.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, respectful and very helpful. We had a very pleasant stay and I would like to thank the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality.

Cons:

Everything was good. My only suggestion is to provide assistance with luggage during check-in and check-out, especially for families traveling with children.

I’d stay again.
Pros:

Very nice place to stay. I enjoyed the roof pool and sunbathing all by myself up there. Very good breakfast with lots of selections. Quite close to mosaic museum which is why we came to Gaziantep.

Cons:

More toilet paper left in room would be good so we didn’t have to call. Also, we needed to use the fridge for our own stuff so having it clear full of their stuff was a hassle. These are very minor complaints though. We were very happy.

The air conditioning in both rooms didn't work. Rooms were 29⁰. Couldn't close the shower door. Poorly designed.
