Öyle sessiz ki bu otelde acaba tek bizmi kalıyoruz diye düşünüyorsunuz.
Çalışanlarından taksicisine kadar hepsi çok kibar insanlar. Bütün personel ayrı ayrı kibar ve ince. Terkar gider miyim? Kesinlikle evet.

Beste hotelkeuze in Antep!
Pros:

Personeel was super vriendelijk, we voelden ons zeer welkom en thuis. Spa was al bijna dicht maar we mochten nog extra blijven, zo zie je hoe menselijk ze zijn. Bedden waren goed, geen geluidsoverlast, en we kregen nog een fruitschaal als welkomspakket. Echt top!

Pros:

Personale qualificato, gentilissimo e soprattutto che parlava bene la lingua inglese (in Turchia non parla quasi nessuno inglese), accoglienza degna di un 5 stelle. Colazione strepitosa

Cons:

L'hotel ha bisogno di un restyling delle camere che sono comunque piccole per un 5 stelle così come le finiture che sono antiche (old style) e consumate in certi punti, la rubinetteria della doccia è un po' scadente anche se essenziale (ma devo necessariamente pensare a ciò che mi aspetto da un 5 stelle), il sistema di areazione faceva solo il caldo e non vi era ancora la possibilità di scegliere il freddo (era un periodo di passaggio di stagione ma non si può non potere scegliere, anche perchè nella camera battendo il sole, anche con tutto spento, si moriva di caldo.
