Wonderful front office team
Pros:

Outstanding service! A huge thank you to Mr. Ankit and the front office team for taking such wonderful care of us. They were always a call away, ready to assist with any guidance, last-minute requests, or special service. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The food was great, but the F&B service timing needs better oversight to avoid recurring delays (detailed feedback shared with Mr. Suneet). Also, commitments made by senior staff should be honored, retracting a verbal assurance a few hours later breaks guest trust

The location & food was ok

Cons:

Reception Staff was rude, no water provided at reception on request when returned from scorching heat. Was told go to your room & drink. Air-conditioners were not working properly. On request to repair not much was done. We said change the room, that request was ignored. A standing fan was put in the room on request to survive through the night. The drive is 11hrs+ to & back. No good night sleep. No proper accomodation. Most pathetic experience.

Good value for money, great location and staff
Pros:

Very helpful staff, especially Mehak helped me align my booking with my flight times. They were very accommodating.

Cons:

I spent less than a day at the property, and overall everything was fine.

Beautiful property. Unfortunately, the staff seem to be running it as a group project where nobody read the assignment.

After checkout, they made us wait while someone went to “inspect” the room. Fair enough. But just as we were finally leaving, the manager came sprinting after us to check whether we had paid our dues - something he could have verified in about 15 seconds, considering **they had charged us on arrival**.

Apparently checking the room required one employee, checking the payment required another, and connecting the two pieces of information required technology not yet available at this property.

20 minutes wasted for absolutely nothing.

And that was merely the grand finale.

Three occupants, requested towels - received two. Perhaps the third guest was expected to air-dry.

Body wash dispenser? Empty. Apparently BYOB here means - Bring Your Own Bodywash

Room cleaning the next day? Also apparently optional. We had to call and remind them that housekeeping is usually included in this fascinating concept called a hotel.

The property itself is genuinely beautiful, which makes the whole experience even more tragic. You can spend a fortune on interiors, landscaping and rooms, but if the staff operate with the urgency and coordination of people waiting for their lunch break, it all goes to waste.

Five-star property. Two-towel management. Zero-star common sense.

Un endroit sûr en tout point pour les voyageurs de passage à Amritsar.
Pros:

Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent. Les chambres sont particulièrement spacieuses. Et tout le personnel est adorable. La cuisine offerte est très variée et de qualité.

Cons:

Hormis le roof-top, on se sent un peu enfermé. L’hôtel qui semble récent connaît déjà de petites décrépitudes.
