Feedback on Food & Breakfast Arrangement
The overall breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The arrangement was done in a banquet/wedding hall setting, which was not appropriate for a proper dining experience. Guests were expected to have breakfast while seated on wedding sofas and tables, which was highly inconvenient.
It also appeared that there was no in-house kitchen, and the quality of food reflected the same. Several items seemed stale and not freshly prepared.
Additionally, the environment was made uncomfortable, with excessive cooling in the hall, making it difficult for guests to sit and have their meals comfortably. This gave an impression that guests were being rushed through the buffet.
Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations in terms of food quality, comfort, and hospitality.
Serious Complaint – Food Safety & Lack of Management Presence
We were celebrating my mother’s birthday and had ordered a cake from your in-house cake shop. Unfortunately, the cake was found to be spoiled and had visible fungus, raising serious concerns about food safety and hygiene standards.
It is extremely alarming that such a product was served to guests. As a result, my sister fell sick and experienced food poisoning, which is completely unacceptable.
Since the celebration was at midnight (12:00 AM), we immediately contacted the duty staff to report the issue. To our surprise, we were informed that no Manager on Duty (MOD) was available at that time. The absence of responsible management during operational hours, especially in a hospitality setup, is highly unprofessional.
Each and everything whether room decor or food quality both are excellent and also staff is friendly .

Hotel ambience was good.
We stayed there for 4 nights but the AC didn't work for 3 nights and it was too hot in the room. Even after requesting the reception staff they couldn't solve the problem 😞
The shower bracket in the bathroom was broken.
