Room was very clean and prepped perfectly.
Close to where we were going
The room smelled like smoke
Was in a great spot for access to town and the highway.
Ok
This was a great place to stay. The owner was more than accommodating, even gave me some biscuits because I had missed breakfast and I was a diabetic.. I was allowed to have all my family come and enjoy the pool with me. I would highly recommend this hotel. Friendly, clean, comfortable.
We will be booking another day for December.
Breakfast was very basic. The clerk was super helpful.
Wholes in the wall, the room has not been cleaned, dust on clothes rack stuck to metal because of steam in room. Mud on door frame inside bathroom. Scratches all over walls' and doors. Chair not safe right arm broke and loose. Super small 32in tv. Tv not working correctly need nee batteries in control but he would not replace. Refrigerator tips out of cabinet when you try to open door. Didn't tell us where anything was, ice machine, didn't give us wifi password, gave up trying to get it he wasn't in front office or responding. Will never stay here again worst place we have ever stayed
Awesome!
.
Mr. Andy and his staff is amazing and he takes great care of his guests. I will definitely stay there again.
Location near the area I was working.
Desperately needed updated, I truly didn’t want to touch anything in that room. It took me 30 minutes to build the courage to step into the dirty shower. The bed wasn’t uncomfortable, place was quiet, didn’t stink and seemed safe but for the love of God, paint the rooms, clean the hair and soap scum out of the bath tub between guests!
Older facility, overall clean. Had microwave and fridge. Typical continental breakfast of cereal, waffles, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee. Not bad if you just need somewhere to stay overnight. Will stay again in future if back in Chanute.
It was dinghy!
Nothing i really like could have stayed at a way better hotel when they charged extras
Older hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was waffle maker, cereal, pastries.
Clean, room smelled stale, but it was a good place to stay for a fraction of the cost of other places
Overall, it wasn't horrible, but the stained shower makes it appear dirty and one of the rooms had a wobbly toilet. The carpet felt dirty but wearing shoes took care of that. Dead bugs and the TV connection didn't work well. Otherwise bedding and towels were clean which was most important. The staff is great and very friendly!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were in town for a friends birthday celebration and thought we would book a stay here, we don't mind the older hotels as long as they are clean. Well we checked in and we saw that the room was dirty, there was still pink ribbons around on the floor from who knows when as well as just filthy dusty lint type stuff that was all around each piece of furniture, like the vacuum could not get it so it has been left for YEARS, just gross. We decided we should not leave any personal belongings in the room and check around to see where else we could stay but in this small town with graduations going on and parties every place was full. We thought, well we can tough it out for one night. Got back to our room and 3 lights were on that we did not leave on, so glad we did not leave our belongings there for whoever was in our room to go thru, RUDE! Bed was typical old hotel bed and not comfortable at all, bed spread was super old and the bathroom smelled like sewage and we were not sure why, until I tried to flush the toilet in the middle of the night and it would not flush, would Not! Needless to say we checked out in the morning because we had to find a flushing toilet like any human would expect for your $92.00 stay and nobody was in the office to check us or or complain to, tried their phone that is supposed to call whoever is working and it rang 30 times, nobody answered so I left them a note and nobody ever followed up with us, so I am sure this is a nightly occurrence. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for the Holiday Inn, most of our friends stayed there and had no issues.
