Très bon hôtel, dommage qu'il est si loin de centre ville et de la sortie vers le Banff.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner continental, bien diversifié, chambre propre, avec toutes les équipements nécessaires. Bonne qualité/ prix.

Cons:

Personnel pas très serviable, ni souriant, l'emplacement qui est à l'extérieur de la ville.

Great choice with us seeking something clean, comfortable and affordable in southeast Calgary.
Pros:

Very good value and good location for those seeking something in the southeast.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy, but I was there during summer holidays with several excited and enthusiastic kids participating in hockey tournaments and other events. That is just the price of admission!

Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Coffee good and variety fine. I find that during summer lots of teams having breakfast so you have to judge timing so as not to busy.

Cons:

breakfast room crowded at the buffet. Also a list of restaurants with phone numbers would be appreciated as I am not very good at using my phone for more than texting or calling. I did not set up your WIFI because it is not a secure one according to my phone. I am 84 and I'm not up to all the new tec stuff.

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast and soiled and ripped furniture in room, had to take pictures and show front desk to make sure they didn't charge me for damage. They did offer to change my room.

Affordable and clean, staff were nice.
Pros:

Not a 5-star hotel but it worked for us, very close to my friend's house. Had a very good breakfast buffet and our room is big and spacious King bed. Staff were very nice and accommodating.
