I checked for cleanliness and wipe the tile floor with a handy wipe it was black with dirt, carpet was mast as dirty

It was a comfortable stay where we were able to get the sleep we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts.
Pros:

The breakfasts were great. Variety over various days was also good. We also liked being able to indicate which days we wanted the room cleaned.
