Pros:

Location, balcony and room service came daily to reset room! Facilities were gorgeous!

Over the place
Pros:

Location beds cleanliness quiet it was perfect the pool was clean the sauna was great the hot tub was excellent. If I was to say anything I will return.

Cons:

Well id love to see the staff seem to like their job, smile more act like they enjoy it there. Not seem like they have been there forcefully. The remote was not working in my room I asked for batteries, it almost seem like I was pulling teeth. The looks the eye rolling. Then I asked about the tissue that was under my bed, just said could someone just pick it up at the next clean up. It was like I was chopping their arms off. And I did not dare ask them to fix the light on the desk that would not light. The sliding door screen was ripped a bit so bugs could get in.

Breakfast area was a mess (not cleaned by staff while guest were in and out). It was ALWAYS so crowed, it made it very difficult to get into. Not much of a food selection. Not enough seating.

In the room itself, didn’t like the bathroom sink being outside of the bathroom and having the mini fridge under the sink to the left. (Like having a fridge in the bathroom).

The designated smoking area is within 5-8 feet? of the small children’s playground area. I stayed on the ground floor and if I wake in the middle of the night and wanted to go outside via sliding door the sprinklers may have been on, PREVENTING me from doing so.

More minus conditions than positives. Will not return.
Cons:

Breakfast choices.
A/C blows directly onto top of bed. Humidity was poor always. A/C could not improve the humidy regardless of temp setting.
Walking from room to breakfast spot was a confusing maze. Better signs needed.

Amazing staff, so friendly!
Pros:

Loved the indoor hot tub/sauna. The pool was so warm and relaxing. Loved the pillows on the bed. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

No elevator, but we knew that going into it.
