The jacuzzi tub
It would have been better if view was alittle nicer

Odd set up for the room felt a little dungeon like no elevator was a bit hard to get luggage to the room
Very quiet and peaceful, loved the private balcony! I loved that it was a little dated and the fireplace was lovely.
No complaints, but the drive up to the parking is on an incline so be prepared for that.
Great location and amenities. Loves the size of the room and the Jacuzzi tub.

Location was good
Beds weren’t comfortable, and you had to go to the other hotel to check in and people were banging around upstairs yelling at each other all night, and you can hear right through the walls and the staff have done nothing about it

The hill was steep but they allowed us to park at the bottom and drive up
We absolutely loved this place but we had a death in the family and had to check out 2 days early and they were supposed to refund me back for those 2 days but they did not and that was VERY disappointing so we won’t be coming back here and we will be letting others know about it because that is just inhumane, it’s terrible to do someone like this in this kind of situation
The lighting was not very good; the bed was comfortable but at night the light from the sign outside came in around the curtain and mad it hard to sleep had to shove blankets and towels around it to try and block some of it

Everything about your facility was great. View, cleanliness, staff and breakfast were awesome
It was clean.
The walls were so thin, every time the room above turned on their water, it sounded like it was blasting through our room. It was a very odd thing. Sounded like static. Also very creaky floors. The sink had poor water pressure as well but the shower was fine.

The bad was terrible my back hurts an I only sleep a few hours a night
That they look an old place and renovated it to take is as nice as they possibly could. Its was very nice and comfortable.
