Pros:

This place is unsanitary. It appears to be utilized as a homeless shelter. It took 3 attempts before being given an adequate room. The first one smelled like a wet dog with soiled shower curtain and unvacuumed floor. The second had a very strong marijuana smell. It is filthy and I've seen shelters better kept up.

Spotlessly Clean Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt so nice when you entered the hotel. The lift was cleaned each time I went in it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I got an offer to clean my room every day and offered a late check out without having to ask.

Cons:

When sitting outside on the balcony it was not possible to get back in due to being locked as the homeless come in the gate but they did help by putting a block in the doorway.

Cons:

At check out the hotel charged a10.00 parking fee. Couldn’t sleep do to street noise all night. The courtyard was extremely small and on the noisy roadside of the facility.

Great staff
Pros:

Front desk was very accommodating. Booking.com had messed up my reservation and even though I paid for a king room with a sofa bed, in the hotels system it did not reflect that. But the staff switched rooms for me anyway because they saw i had my teenage kids with me and I needed the extra room. I appreciate their efforts.

Missed the mark completely.
Pros:

Reception was very UN welcoming. Not Marriott style. We’ve traveled this country with Marriott, and $10 to park was a first in a small city. When we asked for two waters they didn’t have any but we could pay $7.00 a bottle in our room. They need to go back to hospitality training. We’re Titanium Elite with Marriott so we’re pretty familiar with the brand and their standards.

Convenient to freeways and shopping. Good breakfast options. Roomy lounge and rooms

Cons:

Our room was too warm. Too noisy to open the window; the a/c too close to the bed to use during the night. Would prefer the heater/ air conditioning located further away from the bed.
Also the coffee was too hot (needed to use ice to cool it). And the oatmeal, though very good, was much too hot (actually received a blister where an oat dropped on my thumb)!

Weekend away from home
Pros:

Located next to Freeway was a plus
Close to shopping center, fastfood, and Boomer.
Friendly staff, plenty of comfortable chairs in front lobby, and plenty of seats in eating area.
Breakfast was great, variety of choices to choose from: oatmeal qith different topping, 2 waffle maker makes it faster, eggs, sausages, bagel, bread, English muffin, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, ice water, etc
The room was okay size and mattress was comfortable.
Lots of parking spaces.

Cons:

The room have an old smell, but was able to open window to air out.
