Very nice
Pros:

Location and staff were very nice

Cons:

Only complaint was the door had a big gap in it, someone could have almost looked in our room.

Cons:

No vending machines and very limited selection of beverages at the front desk. Nothing carbonated without sugar. Breakfast done at 9:30 a little eaely if you have any plan to sleep in! Got to it at 9:35 and it was already dark.

Bad experience
Pros:

We stayed here on for a night on our way to Florida. Hotel seemed ok on first appearance. We had a 2 queen room. I sat up for a while on one bed checking my emails ect. I looked at the sheets and notice pubic hairs and what looked like a dried up booger on the one side of the bed. Obviously the sheets weren't changed. I should have complained but I checked the other bed and it seemed ok so we just used the one bed. We were exhausted after driving 14 hours. We tried sleeping but the walls are so thin you could here every step, every conversation, every door open in shut of rooms close by. We had a wakco person across from us that was going in and out of his room non stop talking on speaker phone as loud as possible having conversations all evening, he went out in the hallway and was loudly farting, and giggled our door handle at one time. Then surprize the fire alarm went blaring off with flashing bright lights in our room and woke us up. Not a good night. The in room refrigerator is about the size of a cube, barely fit anything. The only good experience we had was the very nice receptionist that was working at the desk, young black woman, very friendly checking in so koodo's to her and that's it!!

Friendly staff, comfy room
Pros:

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Location was very nice and near many restaurants. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
