Water pressure was really low. Pull out couch bed had springs poking out which made it really uncomfortable
Nice assortment of menu items for breakfast.
Toilet leaked off water and kept refilling every 30 minutes. Very loud and kept us awake. Refrigerator made a lond sound when cooling mode kicked on. Impossible to get any sleep.

I honestly didn't expect it to be so nice. The value and the price were unmatched for the area. The Kind lady with the short pink hair and the nice lady who was working the breakfast area 10/11-10/12 made our experience great!
First being on business and staying 3 days I was a not impressed with being given a ground floor room. They originally wanted to put next to the gym, they moved be down two room to 107. After getting settled and returning from dinner I discovered the TV wouldn’t work. After the front desk attempted to fix the issue he finally said we’ll get you and room. I was then moved to room 121, again on the ground floor. The BBQ/Lounging area was directly outside my window. For two of the three nights I got to listen to several different conversations from the people directly outside my window. To make things worse the toilet had a slow leak and the water would refill very 6 minutes. I had to keep the bathroom door shut just to sleep. Absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had in the last 10 years.
The lady that checked us in was nice. The room was very clean. I had no issues and would stay there again.
I was in town for a funeral, an unfortunately passing of a dear family member. I stay at Marriott properties 99% of my hotel stays. This was the first time staying at this property July 25, 2025. The staff was not at the front when I initially checked in. I had to wait for the person who was working to show up. Once I checked into my room, on the first floor and begin to settle in my room, I noticed that my TV stopped working. I notified the staff, a young lady, who said that the problem was being worked on. This was early afternoon. I then left the hotel and arrived back later that night. TV service was still not working. I notified the evening staff and was informed that they were aware and could not do anything. I checked out the next morning and informed the staff that my TV service was not working. I was informed that the manager was not on the property and that nothing could have been done. I was given the name and business card of the Dual General Manager and was directed to contact the manager. I called a few weeks later August 17th, and 18th and left a message on the manager's voice mail. I never received a response. I then went in person because I was back in town on September 5th. I spoke with the Dual General Manager about my last stay, and he looked at me like a deer in head lights. He then said he would look into the situation and determine why no manager had responded to the message I left. He didn't ask for my name, email or phone number to contact me. I asked how will you contact me? I then provided the information and stated that my room should have been comped. I do believe that if not a room comp, a discounted or extra Bonvoy point would have been sufficient. The manager offered nothing other than to investigate why my call was not returned as I stood in front of him. I called the hotel on September 15th, and the phone rang until it disconnected. The staff for the most part was very friendly but had no authority. The manager has not contacted me since I spoke with him in person. When staying in a Marriott hotel regardless of Elite Gold statue, a working television is a given just like a clean bed, clean room, clean bathroom, clean shower etc. What I expect was I apologize for the inconvenience, or we will comp your room, discount your room, give a room voucher, give Bonvoy points etc. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel. If there is a problem, the staff has no authority, and management does not respond.
