Perfect girl family getaway
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful, fresh baked cookies, ice cream machine in lobby, great pool & outdoor area. Kids loved the outdoor play area with giant connect four, little golf green area.

Clean Room Great Breakfast
Pros:

The room was upgraded for no additional cost. A nice surprise. The breakfast was very good, buffet style some hot and continental offerings.

Cons:

At check out, they said they could only give a receipt for the amount I paid them, which was pet and incidental fees. I was told the incidental fees will fall off my cc within 7 days. Never had that happen before. Told me I was to get a printout from the third party where I booked them.

Comfortable stay at a great location!
Pros:

Great breakfast with rotating options. Coffee was subpar, but understandable when making it for so many people. The hot tub is amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the bed and the location is perfect, very central to the whole island!

Cons:

The coffee options weren’t great - either “bold” or decaf, better than gas station but on par or worse than Starbucks (which is not good coffee).

This was a 5 to 6 STAR property. Excellent staff, one of the cleaness hotels ever! Room was perfect. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.
