Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. We were able to use the computer in the business center. Our room was quite nice! Bathroom had decent counter space, beds were nice, tv seemed newer and was bigger than I usually see in hotels.
Breakfast options were pretty good! We only stayed one night but it seems they have a rotation of different hot items. I'd say their selection is a bit better than your regular old hotel breakfast.

Cons:

The printer in the business center was a bit finicky but we were able to print what we needed.
