Good value. Recommended.
Pros:

Excellent facilities, with welcoming and helpful personnel.
The room was large, with a terrace, at a reasonable price.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom good, with a good shower.
Buffet-style breakfast was included.
A conveniently short walk from lake and train transportation.
All around, good value.

Cons:

Only problem was noise from the elevator, which disturbed my sleep on occasion.
Perhaps the mechanism could be sound-proofed, to mitigate or eliminate the annoyance.

Great staff and location. Enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

Especially staff kindness. Though it's hard to get them speaking English or German, most of them speak Italian or a dialect, they really try their best to understand and make you feel comfortable. Always happy faces, day and night.
Cleanness of the rooms.
There's an elevator which gets you to your floor.
Location is great just 150 yards from the lake, in the city center, which can be quite noisy at times.

Cons:

At this location it can get very noisy at night outside (motorist, drunk people getting back from a night out). There's no airconditioning in the rooms, so on warm days you need to open the window to get some fresh air in, and thus you'll get the noise in as well.
There's hardly any parking at the hotel or in the streets, all paid and expensive. Staff gets the best spots.
There's a smoking area outside, but it's not covered against the rain.
In the room, there's only one wall outlet to load devices with electricity.
Matrass is hard and bent.
There's no evacuation plan, also not in the rooms, hard to find your way around in case of a calamity. Didn't see fire extinguishers.
Breakfast could have been better with an intercontinental touch, like sausages, scrambled eggs, white beans in tomato sauce.
There's no trip advisory to see sights.

Proche du centre, personnel parlant différentes langues, souriant et aidant.
Chambre confortable et bien fournie respectueux de l'environnement.

Cons:

Le dessous de la porte laisse passer la lumière et le bruit du couloir s'entend pour autant que les gens parlent trop fort en passant devant la porte mais rien qui ne m'aient empêcher de dormir.

Für die Durchreise in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus müsste besser beschrieben werden. Am Abend war uns der Zugang zum Hotel trotz Zimmerschlüssels versperrt. Ob wir etwas Digitales hätte nutzen müssen, wissen wir nicht. Das war alles etwas unübersichtlich.
