Cons:

Parkeren in garage waardeloos. Apparaat voor kaartjes werkt slecht. Ook veel te weinig tafels voor aantal gasten bij ontbijt. Slechts een lift voor personeel en gasten. En receptie geeft niet uit eigen beweging Ticino Ticket

מלון טוב. עלות סבירה , מיקום טוב מאד. מיזוג אוויר. צוות נחמד

המלון במיקום טוב. קרוב לטיילת האגם, כ- 5 דקות מכיכר מרכזית. עלות יחסית סבירה ביחס לשוויץ.
יש חניה תחת המלון עלות כ 25 פרנק ליממה (יקר). חדר קטן אך מסודר ונקי ויש מזגן!!!. מקלחת טובה ונקיה.
הצוות הציע לנו אישורי שהייה במלון, המזכים בתחבורה חינם בכל העיר , וגם הוזלות ברכבלים לתצפיות (כדאי מאד, כיף גדול)).ארוחת בוקר טובה ומספקת.
אני חובבת את רשת IBIS . וגם מלון זה היה טוב בהחלט

Cons:

חדק קטן. אך לקח למזגן הרבה זמן לקרר חדר. הצוות צריך להשאיר מזגן עובד כמה שעות לפני הגעת האורחים לחדרים .
בחדר אין אמצעים להכנת שתיה ( דבר שהוא אלמנטרי כבר בכל העולם!), והמקרר הקטן לא עבד , כך שגם מים קרים לא היו. 35 מעלות בחוץ ולחות קשה. !!
