Cons:

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole, ma non siamo state informate del Ticino Ticket (cosa scoperta per caso l'ultimo giorno tramite una conoscenza avvenuta in città) che ci avrebbe fatto risparmiare sugli spostamenti coi mezzi.
Dovrebbero inoltre organizzare meglio gli orari delle pulizie delle stanze che avvengono nel cuore del pomeriggio dove magari si rientra a darsi una rinfrescata o a riposare.

da wir nicht viel zum Frühstück essen, war die Möglichkeit mit dem "Kleinen Frühstück" genau richtig

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Ich fühlte mich willkommen.
Klimaanlage- Es war draussen sehr heiss. Klimaanlage ist fein zu justieren. So muss frau/man nicht frösteln.

Tolle Lage zu gutem Preis.
Pros:

Parkmöglichkeit auf Anfrage. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet auch für mich mit Weizenintoleranz. Gute Lage zwischen See und Piazza Grande. 24-Stunden Rezeption.
