Front desk staff very efficient. Had paperwork printed & keys ready at check in

Our room was big a cozy.

The kitchen staff were extremely kind and engaging. They were always wishing you a good day, helpful, and joyous.

Our stay here was amazing! My sister and I were traveling across the country with six kids and looking for a safe clean place to stop overnight. This hotel was perfect! They upgraded us to a family suite that was extremely clean and so cozy! They had a great breakfast for all of our kids and just all around had great customer service. The whole experience meant a lot to us!

Check-in was easy. The room was great! The breakfast was a complete breakfast and was very good.

I booked this room for my son and daughter-in-law so they could get away from the kids for their wedding anniversary. I had a special request to decorate before their arrival, and although check-in time had changed from 3pm to 4pm, they not only honored the 3pm check-in time, but also worked with us and let us decorate before they arrived. The couple was Very satisfied with all aspects of their stay, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Recommended.

The queen suite was really large. The breakfast was extensive and cleanliness was very good. I even felt comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes. Great place!

Ask for early check and was accommodated with no problem.

We originally rented room 218 a suit with a jacuzzi tub. Hairballs & a few other things came out of the jets, serious lime build up on all faucets. The air in master bathroom didn’t work. They ended up moving us to RM 223 that was full of mold. The air actually quit working in this room a few hours after we got settled. Had we both not of had a couple drinks we would have just drove home. Front desk gave us a $40 discount the next morning which technically wasn’t a discount just the cost difference between the two different rooms. This is not your typical you pay for what you get situation the suite cost us almost $200. We didn’t eat breakfast there so not sure how it was.

Condition of room was terrible. Wallpaper coming off of the wall, condition of bathroom terrible. Very dirty. People were nice however.

Liked the location and shopping and dining so close. Beds were little messy and the bath tub was not clean. Could have used an eraser to clean the dark spot on bottom of tub and looked like maybe start of mold around the edge of tub that could have been cleaned off. This was the first holiday inn express I had been in that wasn’t beyond expectations. Workers were very friendly though. Bed sheets were clean and no bugs so we stayed!!

The staff was all great but the hotel might be a little understaffed.
A little disappointed to not have the pool available but...

There seemed that someone used to toilet before we were in the room the toilet had toilet paper in it. Had to ask for a hair dryer.

Very quiet and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended
