Hotel mostly remodeled and very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will be staying there when we go back to area for anything.

Very nice renovations Rosevelt at the restaurant:bar was so nice and took great care of us.

Property under construction didn’t bother me but construction supplies were taking up precious parking spaces. Night staff was no shows when I had issues. Communication issues amongst staff made asking for things a nightmare. Bright side is room was nice and exactly what I asked for.

The morning front desk lady was rude and lazy. But the lady who checked us in and worked night was very nice and helpful! Loud noise due to construction in lobby. They won’t be done with construction till October so keep that in mind when booking. No lobby area just. 1 table. Nonetheless the rooms they are done constructing , they were nice inside

I would say this hotel is worth it. The staff is very kind. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed every time that I come. I come here every two weeks.

Easy Check In , nice rooms

Staff was very friendly, stay was fine average for a holiday inn until the morning. Room service came in the room at 830am. No reason for that, then in the middle of the shower in the morning the water stopped. Completely stopped no water at all in the shower. Had to get the soap off with a wash cloth in the sink. When I told the front desk they were apoplectic but said since we booked through hotels.com there was nothing they could do to help

A really bad stay, all because of the bed. Beds in IHG branded hotels are always a bit too high off the floor, but this one was exceptionally high. No longer a mild annoyance, but an actual hazard. I pulled a muscle in my back trying to get up on that thing. Even my 6'4" husband had trouble getting on it. There is NO REASON for beds to be that high off the floor. I should be able to comfortably sit on the side of the bed.
This property is currently undergoing renovations; everything was new and clean where renos had been completed. It was a bit noisy during the day, but nighttime was quiet.
The staff on the front desk were pleasant an efficient.
Breakfast was not included, but you could buy it if you wanted. It looks like there is a bar, but I never saw anyone there, bartender or otherwise.

The property is undergoing work at this point. Although I received emails about check and my stay, they never mentioned the construction. The workers were very loud and began work on the weekend at around 7 AM

Property was under construction and rugs and couches had stains on them.

Other than the hotel being under renovation, this hotel stay was very pleasurable. The rooms were immaculate. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely return!

Excellent place to stay. Upscale room and good food. I stayed here for business out of town and found the hotel and staff to be exemplary. I would recomend this hotel to anyone considering going near the Saint Louis area. Its only 20-30 minutes from downtown St Lois.
