New furnishings are nice, breakfast was tasty, noise insulation not so good.
Pros:

Breakfast good, though waffles would be better than pancakes. Sausage was very good.

Cons:

Noise level - walls and doors were thin and rude noisy kids' sports team being loud in the hall kept me awake most of the night.

All-in-all, my stay was good!
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness of the property!

Cons:

I didn’t like that it wasn’t disclosed on the bookings that the pool/spa area was shut down.
