Pros:

Staff was so friendly and extremely helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was decent unlike some hotels we have stayed at before. Very clean hotel in a good location and area.

New furnishings are nice, breakfast was tasty, noise insulation not so good.
Pros:

Breakfast good, though waffles would be better than pancakes. Sausage was very good.

Cons:

Noise level - walls and doors were thin and rude noisy kids' sports team being loud in the hall kept me awake most of the night.
