Pros:

LOVED my room looking directly at the ocean and hearing the waves from my bed!!
Room updated and cleverly arranged to provide everything in a relatively small space that didn’t FEEL small. Room and entire property were clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Several hot food options options plus fresh fruit and tasty muffins for breakfast. Elevator allowed me to be on top floor despite using a walker. Safe location and plenty of parking spaces.
I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Cons:

Refrigerator didn’t have a freezer. However, the hotel staff put my folding ice sheets in their kitchen freezer for me. Same style of eggs every day instead of various egg options found in other hotels.

Great facilities. Basic daily services need improvement.
Pros:

Location on the bluff, ample parking, well maintained indoor pool and hot tub, very good breakfast with cut fresh fruit.

Cons:

The front desk didnt inform us at check in that tea bags and coffee were not in the room but at the front desk. Housekeeping didnt clean the room even when the appropriate doorknob sign was hung outside.

Front desk guy was very rude one of the reasons i got this hotel was for the fire pits to find out we couldn’t use them for s’more’s. Hotel room was nice but the front desk guy was def rude

Perfect beach and rocks stay
Pros:

Great location with the best ride pool in front: seastars, barnacles, perfect! Also loved the fire pits

Beautiful ocean views
Pros:

Awesome views of the ocean. Full free breakfast. Complimentary coffee for the room with an awesome French press. Loved the fire pits with ocean view. Walkable to many businesses.

Cons:

Very limited and compact parking spaces. Confusing layout with outside stairs. Had to ask where amenities were located. Both ice makers were broken.

Excellent stay and we would love to return.
Pros:

Comfortable oceanfront room with great view of the rocky beach, tide pools and sunset. Nice bedding and good breakfast. The fireplace made things cozy!! Friendly management.

Cons:

Parking was tight.

For the price of our rooms, was fairly disappointed with our stay with low amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty decent, the marionberry syrup was a 10/10 on the waffles but the rest of breakfast was average hotel. Beach was a short walk which was nice.

Cons:

The value of our room to the size was not worth the price, snacks in the room that were an extra charge, not a fan. Forgot our room keys in our room so needed new ones and Kenneth was working the desk and was absolutely rude about getting new key cards; he gave a nice sigh and an eye roll before turning around to make our keys.

Over all It was a good. Loved walking on the beach.
Pros:

The room had a great view of the ocean but looked bigger on the web site then it was. The bed was comfortable and not worn out like some places. And the breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The way they do the billing on your card. at one time it showed 6 charges for 2 nights. It's down to 2 but still showing a higher charge the your web site. And I was expecting a balcony room so we could go out and veg.
