We want to return.
Pros:

Fabulous view. Large room. Great coffee. So impressed. Firepits lovely. We were there in the winter, fabulous beach access. Breakfast busy but reasonable. selection of hot and cold choices.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors above. Children running around all night - or dogs, we assumed. We were on the second floor, one below and one above.

It was wonderfully relaxing and we will definitely be back.
Pros:

Very clean and updated. Great location. Amazing hot breakfast and very attentive staff.

Cons:

There was no 2-person seating in our room. Needs a love seat.

Pros:

The breakfast was great, so much provided. The fire pits was a great place to have a drink and relax and watch the surf. I wish I had more time to after checking in to use the pool and Jacuzzi.

Cons:

Checking in at 4pm didn't like.

The view was worth it
Pros:

Great view, ideal location. Staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

We moved the couch and found a pill under it.
Window was missing a screen. Not a problem for us but could be dangerous for someone with children.

A very pleasant place to stay in Lincoln City.
Pros:
