It's very convenient to the places that we want to visit. Parks, Mall, Station etc..
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful to the guest. They made sure that we're comfortable despite the renovations and changes in the hotel.

Cons:

Most of the furniture and equipments are old.

Cons:

Room wasn’t the cleanest there’s marks all over the mirrors and in the sheets, the tv only got a couple of channels, the hallway had rubbish outside doors when we checked in and it was all still there when we checked out

Cons:

The cleaning. Yoghurt container outside our doorat arrival still there when we left. Air con that noisy had to turn off to sleep. One channel on tv.

Totally disappointed with BOOKING.COM. Not worth the money I paid for.

Extra cost for a dog so expensive more expensive than the cost of room reservation. I didnt even see that extra charge of $250/night on the reservation conditions before I made the booking. I did not see that amount of $250/night. Female receptionist not very friendly & acccomodating. Very cold, blunt and flat.

Unfortunately, our 3-night stay did not meet basic hygiene standards.

Upon arrival, the hallway was in poor condition, with piles of used towels and rubbish left outside rooms. Our allocated room had a very strong cigarette smell, despite being a non-smoking property.

The bathroom had no towels, and the toilet paper roll was visibly stained with blood. Kitchen utensils were left dirty inside the dishwasher and had not been checked prior to our arrival.

We were offered a room change only the following day, and it required us to return within a specific timeframe, which would have disrupted our plans.

I have photographic evidence of these issues.

Very disappointing experience considering the price paid.

Great location for Chadstone.
Pros:

Great location for Chadstone shopping centre. Parking was great option.

Cons:

The configuration of the beds - requested 2 singles. One single was set up in the main living area. We moved it because it didn't give us anywhere to chill out together.

Convenient location, friendly helpful staff and would recommend it to anybody visiting Melbourne.
Pros:

Very well located close to shops, restaurants and a train station. I liked the space inside the room, there was plenty of room to settle in and not be confined like you would be in a hotel room. Everything worked as advertised and I felt safe throughout the stay.

Cons:

The balcony was not really usable due to the size and the air conditioning unit obstructing the table and chairs, however it didn't really take anything away as there was no real need to use it. I guess a smoker might need it more.

Rather enjoyable, and was a nice place to relax.
Pros:

being able to roll out the sofa bed and watch movies with my partner

Cons:

The balcony was small, but i get that you work with what you have in regards to size and catering to all.
