Posizione ottima. La struttura pecca di pulizia e servizi
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica.

Cons:

La sera che sono arrivato ho provato più volte a contattare l’albergo per avere informazioni su come arrivare nella struttura visto che si trovava in zona ztl, ho fatto diverse chiamate ma non ho mai ottenuto una risposta.

Great location, breakfast, and spa.
Pros:

The location was great. This was our second time here. The rooms are very nice. Great breakfast. Excellent spa. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Would suggest a soap dispenser in the shower. There was a musty smell in the hallway on floor 1.

Le manager de l’hôtel a reloué la chambre la deuxième nuit après une annulation de notre part . Hors il n’a pas répondu à booking pour accepter l’annulation . Il se fait donc de l’argent sur le dos du particulier et de booking

Personale all accoglienza non preparato, a livello puramente informativo, avevo anche chiamato giorni prima per ricevere informazioni ma sono stato liquidato con “avrà tutte le informazioni una volta arrivato in struttura” per poi scoprire che il percorso benessere avesse bisogno di prenotazione . La zona dove si svolgeva il percorso benessere deludente, piscina con idromassaggio con acqua semi tiepida, sauna poco accessibile, bagno turco scarsamente funzionante

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles fussläufig zu erreichen . Guter Park -Service für das eigene Auto.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich schlecht. So ein schlechtes Frühstück hatte ich noch nie in einem Viersternehotel bekommen. Es gab quasi keine Auswahl. Nur super Basic, eine Katastrophe . Auch war es nicht inklusive im Zimmer, obwohl wir eine Junior Suite hatten.

Super bien situé, comfortable et un personnel super sympatique.
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal car à 10m de la place Quatro Quanti. De là, il est possible de faire de nombreuses activités à pied et de se promener dans Palerme. Le personnel y est aimble et très sympatique et l'hotel est comfortable (chambre familiale) et est harmonisuement décoré entre l'ancien et le contemporain.

Cons:

Franchement, rien.

Wonderful courtyard old town hotel
Pros:

So perfectly located, and a really wonderful hotel. There's a lift to the rooms so it's good for suitcases and those with limited mobility. Clean and comfortable rooms, and really great restaurant. All set around a beautiful courtyard.

Cons:

The aircon is my room wasn't adjustable and a bit too cold for my liking so I had to turn it off at the plug. And one of the blinds was a bit broken. But neither were enough to detract from my enjoyment of the stay. Everything else was fantastic!

Perfect location, gorgeous courtyard hotel
Pros:

The location, the restaurant, the ambience, the room cleanliness and facilities.

Cons:

The blind was broken in my room (I managed to wedge it) and the aircon didn't seem to have controls. It was cold so I climbed on the desk to turn it off manually (remote control didn't work). I didn't feel the need to tell the staff as I fixed l the issues myself.

N’est pas un 4 étoiles gobelet carton dans les chambres vieux porte manteaux pas d’armoire et un petit déjeuner épouvantable cake servi pendant 4 jours pas de pain frais ni croissant 2 confitures industrielles tout etait mini mini bref à ne pas consommer
