Wonderful staff and exceptional location
Pros:

The location is superb and so is the staff

Cons:

The double bed is two single beds put next to each another and keep moving sideways, so whenever sleeping in the middle it becomes very uncomfortable.

Nos dieron un gran apartamento de 80 metros con dos habitaciones y un salón.

Déçus par notre séjour
Pros:

L’emplacement central en plein quartier touristique

Cons:

Attention à la localisation des chambres: nous avons eu une chambre sans lumière directe et aux fenêtres vétustes qui ne nous isolaient pas du bruit de la place des quattro canti et de sa musique jusqu’à 4h du matin.
Le petit dej était très moyen. Décevant pour 4 étoiles.

Great location in heart of Palermo
Pros:

Great hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Palermo. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable, and many of the main attractions can easily be reached on foot. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and elegant, making it a very good base for exploring the city.

The main area for improvement is the service level. While the staff was generally polite, the overall experience lacked consistency and attention to detail one would expect from a hotel of this category. A more proactive, attentive and guest-oriented service approach would significantly enhance the experience.

Overall, a very good hotel with excellent potential thanks to its outstanding location and attractive property.

Comfortable but snug.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and I loved the spa, restaurant, and location

Cons:

The walls were too thin (I could hear everything including the room next to me snoring). The room was WAY too tiny for the price. Not good views from the room. And the bed was kind of hard.
