J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommande vivement à tous ceux qui visitent Lourdes. Voici les points forts de mon expérience :

​Emplacement idéal : L'hôtel se trouve très proche de la gare, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour l'arrivée et le départ. De plus, il est situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied de tous les sites touristiques et du Sanctuaire, permettant de tout faire facilement sans transport.

​Confort et Propreté : La chambre était parfaitement propre et, point très important, il y régnait une chaleur très agréable, rendant l'espace très chaleureux. L'hôtel est également très calme, ce qui garantit des nuits reposantes.

​Service impeccable : Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et accueillant, toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

​Rapport qualité-prix : C'est un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Pour la qualité des services et l'emplacement, c'est sans doute l'une des meilleures options à Lourdes.

​Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage !

It would have been good if there were no bed bugs.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The location was ideal.
Breakfast was basic. I would say the room was ok for our short stay, although it is a shame there was no fridge in the room. And the sink was partly blocked - the water was draining slowly.
Regrettably, there are bed bugs. I got bitten. I noticed it on my last day - my chest was covered in bites. And more regrettably I travelled back with some bed bugs.

Cons:

The fact that there was no fridge in the room but it was not a major issue, just a shame.

La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está muy cerca del recinto sagrado, lo que nos permitió visitar el lugar con gran comodidad. Además, la amabilidad de la recepcionista fue destacable; nos ayudó a elegir un restaurante auténtico y no turístico, lo cual hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, no quedamos satisfechos con nuestra estancia. Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma urgente; se sentían muy antiguas, con camas que tenían mantas desfasadas. Además, nos encontramos un cabello en la cama, lo que evidenció una falta de limpieza. En general, el hotel requiere una renovación. Tampoco nos convenció el desayuno, ya que había muy poca variedad. Es cierto que se va a Lourdes principalmente para rezar, pero los hoteles también deberían mejorar en estos aspectos.
