Pros:

Die Nähe zum Wasser und der Promenade. Die jungen Leute, die sehr bemüht und freundlich waren.

Cons:

Es war wunderbar. Allerdings war unser Zimmer recht klein, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Super Lage vom Bahnhof und Kreuzfahrtterminal-
Das Frühstück ist eine Wucht.
Super Zimmer.
Danke auch, dass Sie mich informiert haben wegen meines Schlüssels, den ich nach einer Woche Kreuzfahrt wieder abholen konnte.

Cons:

Drinks am Abend wurden mehrmals (Abends ohne mein Wissen) und dann am Abreisetag berechnet.
Dusche im Zimmer schwer zu bedienen. Klemmt-

Schönes Hotel für Kreuzfahrende
Pros:

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel direkt am Alten Strom, einen Steinwurf von Bahnhof und Kreuzfahrtterminal entfernt. Kleines Zimmer, aber ordentlich. Manchmal stand beim Design Form über Funktion (Waschbecken z.B.), aber nicht dramatisch.
Das Frühstück war sehr ordentlich, insbesondere die Fisch-Ecke beim Buffett fand ich sensationell.
Das Personal ist sehr nett, versammelt sich aber gerne vor der Eingangstür zum Rauchen, da sollte man vielleicht nach einer Alternative suchen.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht wirklich viel zu bemängeln.

Die Lage ist absolut top und das Zimmer ebenso.

Cons:

Leider war die Dusche bzw das Duschwasser nicht wirklich einstellbar. Wir haben dies gemeldet an der Rezi und ich denke, dass das Problem gelöst wird.

Die Sauberkeit und das alles sehr schön vom Ambiente

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss 110. Die Aussicht, es gab keine aber ok für eine Nacht.

Absolut gelungener Aufenthalt
Pros:

Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen . Das Zimmer war so wunderschön , einfach unbeschreiblich. Auch die Lage war grandios.

Es ist wirklich ein tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr nobel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine top Lage. Der Hotelchef gibt sich sehr viel Mühe.

Cons:

Schade, dass man nur die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse nur gegen Gebühr genießen darf.
