Clean room, staff always friendly!!
The staff was exceedingly polite and the hotel itself was modern.
Affordable, unique swimming pool, very friendly staff, the restaurant by beach road made a mistake on our bill and over charged us, they contacted us to fix it. The aesthetics of the hotel is nice and clean. The guards were super friendly greating us with a hand salute. Most importantly the staff spoke to us in English. Supe job by the entire staff. The breakfast is phenominal. A lot to choose from.
Excellent and polite staff that goes the extra mile, I’ve been to Thailand 7 times and I always stay there
Fast check-in. Got upgraded and given a quiet room not facing Soi 6.
Friendly staff and clean room.
Only issue is that a small portion of the room ( vertical window near the panty area) can’t be black-out completely by the blinds.
Otherwise overall really comfortable stay.

The only thing they overlooked when they built the rooms is there is no light over the sink to shave or the lady to put on her make up. You’re surrounded by a shadow. Other than that we really liked your place.

While not in the quietest location, Soi 6 being a short walk away, its in a good spot for food and shopping. Always clean and seemed like someone was always cleaning. Staff were great no problems and room was always cleaned. Great place
Centrally located near food. self care and nightlife. I enjoyed the guy in the hotel lobby the most. He was so assistive and cheerful each time we encountered one another.
I really love this hotel and the view that it provides. The staff is top notch and incredibly helpful and extremely professional. The staff operates with a great sense of purpose and detail. Thailand is an incredibly safe country, but this hotel adds a second layer that makes you feel at home. I rate this hotel a 10/10, and I can't leave out how tasty their food is. Breakfast is always incredibly great. It's like they push a button and it comes out wonderful each time. I can't figure it out, but still love it.
