Таракан в номере! Показал им видео а они даже не извинились!! просто дали другой номер на этаже на много ниже (вид из окна хуже). Даже завтрак не предложили в виде комплимента. Я если честно удивлён был. Потом мне нужно было остаться ещё на 2 дня и не хотел переезжать с двумя чемоданами, сделал ещё одну бронь на номер попроще, сказали нужно будет переехать так как категории номеров разные. выдали грязный номер, пол был в пятнах и волосы на полу, пришла уборщица начала это при мне отмывать локально.... В итоге потребовал заменить номер. Жадные и НЕ клиенто ориентированные. Не рекомендую эту гостиницу.
