This place is FULL ON UNDER CONSTRUCTION. They are attempting to renovate. The lobby is filled with boxes and boxes of new furniture, fixtures and hardware. When asked, the clerk said a few rooms were being renovated and blew it off. The room looked like it was unfinished. The room had only tables, a king size bed, and one office chair inside this King Suite. This place looked so clean and inviting on booking.com WRONG!! There was a 2"gap in the doorway from the entryway to the bathroom that was about 2" deep. There were two large holes in the walls that had been taped in preparation for texture and paint? Pictures and fixtures were visibly missing. There was what looked like, dried blood splattered on the window curtain. There were large rips in the dust ruffle of the bed. The one office chair was totally broken and unusable. It had ripped up armrests and holes in the seat. Only two lamps worked.

The floors were clean. The sheets were clean. The mattress was clean. The 24" tv worked.

My husband was in the elevator descending from the second floor to the first. It made the worst sound, then opened on the 1st floor. The elevator broke!! When he said something to the clerks they simply said it does that and proceeded to place out of order signs on all three floors! We then had to use a very narrow flight of stairs to get to our room. The first landing on this staircase was very soft. One good jump and you would have fallen right through. It didn't really get better. We talked to the men at the front desk who insisted on telling us this was normal. They refused to help us at all.

After being with my mother in hospice all day at 1130pm my heart was honestly too broken to fight and the look of the clean sheets won this fight. We stayed. We slept off and on as we were able. We left first thing the next morning.

Never have I ever paid money for such an awful experience... let alone $200, just to be told by booking.

Room room was not up to standards it had no sofa pullout couch like stated in online the bed was broke down the furniture had cracks tears there was only one chair in the room it wasn’t clean and the room stunk

Everything is not clean pool doesn’t work smells like cat pee and found drugs in the room I remember wise cause I was late. It was hurting my face up, shut it out. I can’t even bite my teeth together this morning.

This place was an absolute dump!!! I was shocked at how filthy it was and only stayed as long as we did because everything else was booked. It smelled like smoke on our entire floor, there was a vending machine for breakfast, construction material everywhere. The pool and workout areas were out of service, dumpsters in the parking lot and grass overgrown. The best thing was getting to park close (probably because they werent very busy) and how cold the rooms got. Room service was awful...i had to ask for towels and toilet paper and our trash was maybe taken but that was it. No beds made, counters wiped...nothing. We had a place for a couch...and nothing there...there was melted wax all over our room from God knows what. Handprints all over the headboards, nasty lampshades, stained floors, makeup smeared everywhere, ripped sheets and curtains, filthy doors, sinks, and microwave, patched holes in the walls, etc.

Filthy, TV had back light you couldn't turn off. Walls were paper thin. Nothing but a bed and a coffee table weirdly placed in the corner. Bathroom had beard shavings still in the sink, shower was dirty. Walls were gross.

No hair dryers - It's assumed but I should have looked closely in the hotel description. No shampoos/conditioners. One tiny piece of hand soap for both sink and shower. Towels almost see through. Pillows were rock hard. There's some expectation when you go to hotels like Motel 6, Super 8, Comfort Inn that they are safe, friendly, clean, updated, etc. This is no longer true. The Econolodge is a dump (down the way from Motel 6) but at least they had hair dryers.

Horrible stains in furniture, rotten wood on tv stand, AC smelled disgusting

The staff wasn’t professional, he asked me to pay again at property after I’ve already paid full amount online in advance. The bedsheet got some stains on it. It doesn’t have blow dryer and I went to front desk, they don’t provide blow dryer as well, which is very inconvenient. There is a bit noisy at night.

Place is not the cleanest and no breakfast offered and vending was scarce
