Good rate. Good room
Pros:

Room was clean. Lots of hot water. Breakfast had alot of options

Cons:

There wasn't anything we did not like about our stay. They could have a bigger sign out front light up

You will save money, but don’t expect a great experience.
Pros:

Close to Clearwater and major stores.

Cons:

Run down. Forget breakfast after 9 am. They don’t even replenish the milk or any other breakfast items. Come on, how cheap can an establishment get?!

Pros:

Does staff was very nice. And Maggie was very very nice helpful kind she love to talk with us. Shay works in the kitchen area she was very nice spoke to us every morning was very helpful always kept the food stocked up. On our last day Shay was not present asked Frank if she had the day off he said yes kitchen was very under stalked at that time.

Cons:

The noisy refrigerator very slow elevator had to go to next floor to get ice. We did not have ice machine on the fourth floor. And the hallway was ice cold on the fourth floor.
