Muy agradable.
Pros:

La habitación limpia, amplia y cómoda. El hotel bien mantenido. Nos gustó que nos permitan utilizar el comedor para cenar lo que uno comparaba afuera
Faltaría personal que hable español. Se hacía difícil entendernos por momentos.

Cons:

Walls were a bit thin… our neighbor had a CPAP going. And the oatmeal was empty/not replenished 1/2 hour before breakfast was done.

Generaly enjoyed the accomodation. Nice to have the pool (cool or not!)
Pros:

Location was good... however, the variety for breakfast was limited. The cinnamon rolls were really really great!!!
Staff were very accomodating and helpful!

Cons:

We were quite taken back when we were informed that our 2 queen size room only had one desk chair. The head maintenance person went out of his way to give us his chair from his office for our 4 day stay. Really surprised us that there was not a sitting chair off to the side of the desk chair.

Hotel con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ideale per chi vuole esplorare le vicine località costiere.
Pros:

Hotel posizionato in una zona anonima del retroterra di Clearwater, comunque vicino alle solite aree commerciali statunitensi (benzinaio, supermercato, fastfood, ecc). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, in una posizione che consente l'accesso alle vicine località della costa in una quindicina di minuti d'auto evitando i costosi hotel di quelle zone.
Ideale per famiglie. Indispensabile l'utilizzo di un auto (o, in alternativa, Uber o taxi), se si vuole raggiungere qualsiasi località. Colazione standard americana (nulla ovviamente di paragonabile a quella degli hotel europei, ma questo vale per quasi tutti gli hotel statunitensi).

Cons:

Un pò di rumore di sottofondo della vicina strada (ma il problema riguarda un pò tutti gli hotel americani con infissi di bassa qualità) e, sempre rimanendo in tema di infissi, l'impossibilità di apertura delle finestre per uno scambio di aria in camera. Possibile solo tramite aria condizionata.

Cons:

The price was good when I booked online for 1 night ($167) but when I got there upon checking in, a $50 fee was added (refundable unless spent on snacks) as well as a “pet fee” (nonrefundable) of $75 plus tax, bringing the perceived $167 room for 1 Sunday night charge to a whopping $301 !! That’s just disturbing and shouldn’t all be disclosed in the total fee upfront, not when signing the paperwork.
