Location near the Central Park Performing Arts Center 2 minutes by car! Beautiful park nearby and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

When I checked in, the wrong room was given, then my reservation was put under another person's name and a new account was created in error. When it was discovered, front desk told me I had to correct the problem and contact IHG myself, which is totally unacceptable.
Manager I don't remember the lady name and staff Jason had an amazing hospitality and especially in hotel industry customer facing its very important that we have people like jason I see him reach great heights and he is wow.

Comfortable and clean bed, friendly staff, room appeared very clean. I slept like a baby. I love that the good soap and lotion is available in the bathrooms.
Hair was in the shower by the drain.
Close to everything you can need. Restaurants. Waterfront. Shopping. Breakfast was delicious. The 24/7 coffee machine in lobby is spot on.
Parking is a little tight but that’s due to ongoing renovations at hotel.

Location is good, close to main road, so some things nearby, but in general all good things are further away, noise, the room and some systems were really noisy, I have light sleep, go waked up during night a couple times, but not noise from the hotel really, they respect quiet hours a lot, all things said, price was great for the service offered and nice personel

The parking they let big trucks and trailers in there taking up multiple parking spaces. Made it hard to find a place to park. Could be cleaner..
Great location awesome breakfast staff was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was incredible. Very helpful friendly had a nice conversation with him.
Absolutely nothing I didn’t like everything was perfect
We had stayed at this hotel before with no complaints and choose this location again because it was close to a medical facility we needed to be at for an early morning arrival. We booked a queen suite. The beds were comfortable but the couch had seen better days.
The bathroom wall next to the tub had what looked like extensive water damage and needed repair. The tile and grout was dirty under the bathroom sink. There was a faint musty smell in the room that wasn't apparent until we were in there for a couple of hours. Kids were running up and down the hallway at midnight pounding on doors. There were several loud "families " staying in rooms down the hall yelling at each other which we could hear on and off during the wee hours of the morning. It was a miserable night and we got no rest. Fortunately we were only there for one night . We couldn't wait to leave.
