Boa estadia, mas com objeto furtado do meu quarto.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, 4 minutos a pé da estação de metrô e do terminal de ônibus e metrô, o que te permite chegar rápido e barato em toda NYC. Diversas opções de restaurantes e de comida de rua ao redor. Fiquei no quarto deluxe para duas pessoas. O quarto era confortável, com espaço o suficiente para malas e roupas, uma mesa para trabalhar e banheiro espaçoso. A academia do hotel também era boa e bem equipada. De um modo geral, todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

O lobby do hotel é pequeno e fica abarrotado de gente. São poucos elevadores para muitos andares e muitos hóspedes. Não foi uma experiência ruim, mas era necessário ter bastante paciência nesses momentos de espera para entrar e sair do hotel. Tive um objeto furtado ou que desapareceu do meu quarto. No terceiro dia, meu óculos de dormir que deixei na mesa lateral da cama, sumiu e nunca mais apareceu. É muito complicado acusar pessoas ou estabelecimentos de furto, por isso esperei que talvez aparecesse nos próximos dias, mas não apareceu. Comuniquei na recepção e só me disseram que sentem muito pela situação e que poderiam averiguar. Ninguém me ofereceu nem um desconto ou reembolso pelo meu pertence furtado. Eu sei que para muitas pessoas é apenas um óculos de dormir, mas para mim foram 7 noites dormindo mal e um objeto pessoal furtado, além da incerteza de que outros objetos sumissem igualmente. É por esses e outros motivos que eu prefiro ficar em airBnB do que hotel. Vc paga mais caro, tem muito desperdício e se furtarem suas coisas, ninguém vai fazer nada, o prejuízo é todinho seu.

Cargo oculto a la hora de pagar , cobran 35 dólares por dia , dicen que es uso WiFi y gimnasio , eso esta muy mal , porque booking dice WiFi gratis , cobra todos los impuestos, y el hotel sale con ese cargo oculto

Pros:

The room and location of the hotel is nice. Very close to Times Square. The $25 credit for every day (except the day of check out) is a nice idea.

Cons:

Honestly, the staff could be more inviting, and hospitable. And the actual amount paid and what was showed while booking were different. It would've been nice to know of it beforehand.

Great location for public transport. Clean, comfortable.
Pros:

I've stayed here four times now. The location is great, next to the Port Authority Bus Terminal and close to entries to the 42nd St subway station as well as to some bus stops. Staff fine and responsive, room quiet if on the upper levels.
