La qualité de la literie
Pas de pare douche l’eau se verser partout du jamais vu une douche sans pare douche ou rideau et que douche à l’italienne et le réglage de l’eau compliquer
Hôtesse a l’accueil lors du Check out pas commode elle raler beaucoup et avez le visage fermée
It's very near Times Square and it's within walking distance to Central Park, Empire State Building... It's next to main bus/metro station so it's easy to get around with public transport.
The hotel offers 25 dollars (credited to your room) to use in their bar every day and 4 tickets to American Museum of Natural History.
The room was nice, with very comfortable beds and all necessary bathroom amenities. We were on the 27th floor and there were three elevators so there was no problem getting up/down.
We didn't have breakfast included.

In quei giorni c'era una manifestazione di alcuni dipendenti dell'hotel accanto e facevano chiasso tutto il giorno compresa la notte e alla reception ci hanno dato anche i tappi per le orecchie! Assurdo che le autorità non potevano fare nulla. Altra cosa la colazione non era internazionale c'era un menù fisso tutti i giorni e quindi dopo un paio di giorni era nauseante mangiare sempre la stessa cosa.

La proximité a times square a 10 minutes a pied
Quartier presque dangereux avec plein de homeless et d’ordures dans la rue. Sans parler du bruit… je n’y reviendrai pas
Location and the convenience.
Wasn’t a huge fan of the open showers. Water on floor made a mess. But overall not a major issue.

The hotel is in a good and central location.
The value for the price paid is not worth it. The room felt like a hostel, there was no shower curtain, four days they only came to clean in the afternoon when we had already returned to the hotel and it was impossible to clean when the room was so crowded. The elevator got stuck several times, and there was a protest outside the hotel all those days from 5 am to 11 pm. There was shouting, sirens and it really bothered even when you go out the board and walk next to them. It would be appropriate for the hotel management to reduce costs since this continued all day and throughout the day. In any case, we will not return there and we will not recommend the place.

Ubicación, muy cerca al Port Authority, al subway y Times Square. Instalaciones limpias, personal amable.
No muy buena vista en pisos inferiores, habitaciones no muy grandes ( lo cual es lo común para NYC), ascensores no siempre funcionaban y teníamos que esperar bastante.

Daily $25 credit to spend, free museum tickets, and a location nearby Times Square.
Rude front‑desk staff, a one‑hour wait to get the car from valet, the same breakfast every morning, and loud protesters outside all night making it hard to sleep.
