Schlechte Lärmdämmung. Eine Dämmung war faktisch nicht vorhanden und die laute Klimaanlage hat den Rest dazu gegeben. Unfassbarer Lärm die ganze Dauer des Aufenthaltes.

my stay was good and i would refer others to this property

the location and cleanness of the room.

Cons:

its always a pleasure staying at this property because its in walking distance to everything. rooms are always clean and nice and the room sizes are perfect. one suggestion have as a old hotel is i recommend a loyalty progream for returning guess. i am also a member of Marriotts and i haven't seen any type of incentives for returning guess, atleast i haven't experienced it.

Hey I am currently staying in room 1105. I am also a Marriott Bonvoy member.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the extremely high level of noise caused by the ongoing protest taking place outside the hotel involving current and former employees. Unfortunately, the noise has made it impossible for me to rest or sleep, despite having paid for my stay with the expectation of a comfortable and peaceful environment.

I fully understand that this situation may be beyond the hotel’s direct control. However, as a paying guest and a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I believe this experience falls well below the standards I have come to expect from Marriott.

I would appreciate it if you could provide an appropriate solution, whether by relocating me to a quieter room if possible, offering compensation, or considering another gesture of goodwill to address the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
