Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Logan, front desk clerk, he is very informative and helped on places to go. We were there for a couple of days on our honeymoon

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was close to Sandpoint.

Cons:

Our room was right over the entrance to the Hotel and lights under the entrance roof shined right in the room and on the bed, the heavy curtains need to pull all the way shut. The sun also comes up and shines right in the room.

Poor management
Cons:

We left our room about 9:30am the first morning and didn't return until very late that night, long day on the lake only to find find our room hadn't been cleaned, bed unmade, no clean towels. When I confronted the front desk the next morning, their comment was did you ask for daily service? I said no why would I and their response was well our policy is not offer daily service unless you have asked. At over $300 a night I shouldn't have to ask for so.ething that is pretty standard in the industry. I wont stay at the property again. I had planned on 24 nights over the next 3 months but I'll take my money someplace else.

Great hotel stay
Pros:

The room was lovely, a good size with the separate areas for sleeping, sitting and bathroom. The shower had good water pressure.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Liked the shopping area with food to buy. Having a fridge freezer and a microwave made such a difference.

Cons:

Slightly noisy vending machine next to the room.

Good Breakfast as it had everything that I needed. Room was clean and quiet.
