The stay was a comfortable experience.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location and easy access to travel around the area. The breakfast staff/lady was awesome, and the overall experience was really good.

Overall, if I had to choose to stay again, I would. Most of the issues we experienced are easy fixes
Pros:

Location was great, very convenient. The staff was also nice. The breakfast was surprising, it had a ton of options which was very much appreciated. Cleanliness of the room was great too.

Cons:

The comfort of the bed wasn’t the best but when I finally got to where I was able to sleep, the other people on our end of the hall were pretty noisy (which isn’t the hotels fault). Some of the bedding had some good size stains, it smelled clean though. Also one of the main reasons I chose this location, was for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order BUMMER, and while the pool was nice, it didn’t look the cleanest so we chose not to swim.

Home away from home.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the venue I had to attend. Also the breakfast was a nice convivence.

Unknowledgeable Staff and a Bad Experience
Pros:

I checked in on 12/27/2025 intending to stay three nights but canceled the last two nights due to problems:
The toilet was plugged.
The breakfast was bad. The eggs were like rubber and the sausage was worse.
My key wouldn't work on my door after breakfast and the young lady staffer could not open it with hers. She said I would need to wait two hours until maintenance came to work. When they arrived their door opening device designed to open doors with dead batteries would also not work. Having worked in maintenance I pointed out marks on door edges of several doors showing my problem was common to the hotel. Many of the doors including mine had been forcibly opened in the past with a pry tool.
Finally that tool arrived making four employees present. The door was opened and I moved out.

Pros:

Our stay was nice besides the hot tub was drained and they were resealing it. I guess I should have called ahead because that was one of the main reasons we booked a room for a couple days,so the wife and I could just get away and relax. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and the bed was excellent! We loved the breakfast buffet too.

Pros:

Not a good area to stay in. Pool was dirty. Hot tub did not function. Our bathroom door did not shut. TV only worked on the weather channel. The breakfast staff was the one amazing thing.

Pros:

The front desk service was horrible. It took approximately twenty minutes before an attendant presented himself for us to check in. There was a group of motorcyclist on property. They sat there raising their engines. The attendant went outside and motioned for them to stop. They left fast and loud with music blaring. They returned around 12:30 am with loud noise and music in addition to standing outside talking loudly. Nothing was done.
The bathroom was not clean. You could see the dark ring on the sink from where a bottle had been sitting. Apparently housekeeping doesn’t clean thoroughly.
