Overall, the stay was comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good each day we stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in room 101 where we stayed was a little soiled and worn. Need to be replaced!

Great stay for visiting NAS.
Pros:

I loved the location for visiting my son at Pensacola NAS. The West gate is an 8 minute drive, despite what Google maps said. 😊 Anything you need is within a 10 minute or less drive. The property is clean and will managed the ladies at the front desk were wonderful. There was no coffee in the room other than that it was great.

Cons:

The air conditioner in our room worked but it was very very damp the whole time we were there. When we would return to the room it had a wet smell.

The room, the pool, even the elevator was sketchy so we used the stairs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Barley slept while we were there.

I booked a two night stay, but left after one night. It was a disappointment.
Pros:

Space in room.

Cons:

The hot tub was broken and the pool was dirty. They didn’t have enough breakfast for their guests. They were out of items at 8am.

Overall, if I had to choose to stay again, I would. Most of the issues we experienced are easy fixes
Pros:

Location was great, very convenient. The staff was also nice. The breakfast was surprising, it had a ton of options which was very much appreciated. Cleanliness of the room was great too.

Cons:

The comfort of the bed wasn’t the best but when I finally got to where I was able to sleep, the other people on our end of the hall were pretty noisy (which isn’t the hotels fault). Some of the bedding had some good size stains, it smelled clean though. Also one of the main reasons I chose this location, was for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order BUMMER, and while the pool was nice, it didn’t look the cleanest so we chose not to swim.
