If you are traveling internationally and you need a airport transfer on Shinzen international this is ideal place it’s only 15 minutes away from the airport so the airplane noise is not gonna bother you and the staff is super friendly great shopping around there’s a mall and tons of restaurants in a walking distance.

Excellent Hotel value for money close to shops excellent staff
As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Great area also to walk around, and close to new metro station Huaide.
Like : cleanliness , convenient, great service during my stay and like to say thank you to the room director Mr. Frank Pang and appreciate his good cautious and attentive services provided . A well manner staff of Baililai , should deserve my recommendation and recognised his hard work.
Dislike: Is the breakfast has fallen in quality comparing to last year , Food was either hard or uncooked or did not top up in time for guests

Outstanding hotel with friendly and helpful staff!
Always a great place to make my home for 7 plus days at a time. When you have to stay for an extended time you enjoy being in a hotel that makes you feel you're at home.
I found it odd that being advertised as an International hotel that it was odd that wait staff in the restaurants were unable to understand even the most basic english. I would expect that at least 10% of the staff should be capable of simple communications with international visitors. Front desk staff seemed to be able to speak well, but restaurants were very difficult to communicate in.
