Best place in Libertyville to stay!
Pros:

Cleanliness and the breakfast. We have stayed at 2 other places in Libertyville and this was hands down the most comfortable and clean.

Definitely worthy of a stay!
Pros:

Hampton Inn - Libertyville matched my high expectations based on previous stay at one outside of D.C, even without paying for a premium room. Very clean, well- maintained, staff attentive while lean, and breakfast bar should satisfy most because there’s a wide selection , plus make your own waffles, of course.

Cons:

Had to kill a spider in the bathroom. The caulking around the shower was not done by a professional. There are gaps, which will lead to water issues for the room below. Why would you use cream color caulk, not done well, on a white surface?

The paint in the bathroom is peeling off the ceiling. Either you have a moisture problem or the paint job was not done properly.

Morning clerk was more interested in the buffet than being available to guests. If part of their job is to set up the buffet, you may want to reassess the desk clerk’s responsibilities.
