Stayed at this property on a number of occasions. Great location, booking process easy, no worries.
Pros:

Proximity to beach, shops and light rail

Cons:

This is directed to the owner of Unit 8 - the drawers in the bedroom should be either painted or at least put some drawer liners as they were marked. At first I thought they were dirty but on closer inspection there were marks. The curtains in the lounge room didn’t close properly, some of the panels were missing I think. Just thought I’d note those comments as I paid nearly $1,000 for 6 nights in July 2026.

Pros:

Room,pool,gym and view was very nice.

Cons:

Location is good for some but not for all. If you prefer to be in the rat race book closer to the Gold Coast.
I personally liked the location between the Gold Coast and Broard beach

The view was lovely and location to the beach is very close

Cons:

The room is dated and needs some TLC, had a issue with the dryer and went downstairs to get help but was closed, rang the after hours number and was told would have to wait till tomorrow, when i said i had washed the towels and could i get some for use it seemed like a bit issue, eventually after 1 hour mucking around with the dryer it decided to work.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and kind! So so lovely. Really convenient location, close to everywhere.

Cons:

There were cockroaches I spotted in the kitchen and one crawled into my bed and behind. Also, behind the beds are so dusty and a bit dirty.

Pros:

The size of the room was good

Cons:

No one at reception over the weekend, tv didn’t work when called the number for help they tried to help over the phone but that didn’t work, they advise a technician would be up in the morning they never came, our whole stay was without a tv. The room was cold and there was only a sheet on the bed and no blankets anyway to be found. No tissues in the room. Wouldn’t stay there again

Amazing will not hesitate to rebook the same apartment

The location was a walking distance to the beach and shops. I love the colour white or bright colours and the apartment was just what I needed. It was like home away from home….very cozy

Great location tidy with all facilities.
Pros:

The view was amazing from the spacious patio. Room was tidy and had everything we needed with great cooking facilities. The bed was clean & comfortable. The location was handy to the beach.

Cons:

The bathroom was clean but there was some mildew in the spa bath area. We also found small cockroaches in the kitchen and lounge room.
