1. No views from windows.
2. Breakfast spread is limited and were not kept warm. Hardly any attender to attend the customers.
3. One of the remotes of TV needed battery. In spite of staff aware of it not replaced.

Breakfast is very limited and almost the same every day. Room had Aircond sound which is kind of uncomfortable and the staffs couldn’t do anything about it even though after we complained about this.

On nous a donné une chambre qui donnait juste à l’arrière des travaux et visible pour les clients… c’est pas Top! Quand on rentre dans la chambre avec la carte , la lumière ne s’allume pas automatiquement !!! Faut aller se déplacer dans le noir jusqu’au chevet pur allumer?! Puis à chaque douche, l’eau coule à l’arrière, du coup sol très très glissant. chambre pas bien nettoyé. Petit déjeuner froid … très déçue!

We have booked the hotel with the pictures which you advertised. Once we go there even the first inspiration the staff didn’t say a hello even. Very rude attitude with her. Then they let us to go to the room. The appearance of the room looked very good. But after we stay only we have found out that the room wasn’t clean very well. The toilet was smelly even the toilet was not use. The bathroom cubical drainage was in a very poor condition. Water won’t go through the drainage. We felt like we are bathing in a flooded cubical. It was leaking to the toilet after fill up. Absolutely disgusting stay with the hotel. I won’t book again for ever in this hotel.

My room key was faulty when I was taken to my room. Due to this the power kept turning off. Initially someone came to show me where the controls were, but it didn't help. Another guest went to complain about it to reception. Luckily a staff realized about the faulty door key n had it replaced. Information about local shops and eateries would been helpful as I was a solo traveler. Tuk tuk driver ripped me off after dropping me off at the hotel.
On very early morning check out, night staff were helpful to getting me a cab to the airport.

Terrible experience – absolutely not worth four stars!

We stayed here for one night – and that was already one too many. Upon arrival, our driver was spoken to in a very rude manner and was not allowed to park the car at the hotel. There are also no facilities for drivers to stay overnight, which is something many travelers in India would reasonably expect.

The rooms were clean – and that’s the only positive point we can mention. The rest of the stay was extremely disappointing. Major construction work is currently going on, causing a lot of noise, dust, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. This was never communicated to us beforehand – very dishonest towards guests.

Breakfast was a disgrace for a hotel that claims to be four-star quality. The so-called "continental" options were limited to some toast, butter, and fruit. The Indian breakfast had more variety, but most items smelled sour and seemed far from fresh. In the bar, we even saw cockroaches. The central air conditioning made such loud noise that sleeping was very difficult.

To make things worse, we were charged an additional 1800 INR for a simple camp bed for our driver – someone whose good night's rest is crucial for our safety.

We understand that renovations may be necessary, but communicate this clearly and temporarily close your doors if you cannot guarantee basic comfort. Right now, you are delivering an experience unworthy of the term "hotel."

Do not book here. It’s absolutely not worth your money.

1. When we checked in the staff was not available to take us to room.
2. The TV was not working till we called the staff to set it right. Could have done it before we entered the room.
3. The restaurent was not available for dinner as the hotel was catering to a group.
