Brief transit. Convenient.

Sheets were stained and had holes, blanket was unwashed with no under sheet, no paper in toilet, no towel in room. A.C. dripped and rattled. Took one hour to deliver water requested at check in, and internal phone system was down (had to walk to reception for requests)

Ayooo!!! Terrific guys! I was litterly pi$$ed off; this is at a slum area if chennai, near to market.?they provide puck up bcos no one can find this hotel. In chicken biriyani, chicken was not cooked well. I think they bring food from outside and give it to you. They charged 50rs. For a black tea..Internet will give you only for 2hrs. Every 2 hours you need to call them.

I stayed here on my last night before flying home from Chennai airport and it was an incredibly stressful experience from the start. The airport shuttle was late picking me up and when I called the hotel they sounded very confused and spoke to me in a patronising way, which continued when I arrived at the hotel. Do not ask the people at the front desk for any help with anything because they are useless. I asked them to order me a taxi and they called a terrible company that said 20 mins then didn't even show up. When I asked the concierge he was laughing even though he could see I was unhappy and very tired. Trying to solve the problem led to 3 male hotel staff all rudely talking over me like I was an idiot and I ended up storming out of the incredibly frustrating situation. The room was basic which would have been fine but it was next to a Very noisy side street so I ended up getting no sleep and having to get up very early for my flight. Do not stay here.

Mount heera Good room service and on time Air port drop was good Room appearance of Batch room Toilet appearance and quality to be improved much as this is one of the main focus to be looked in .

Poorly managed. Rooms are not cleaned.
Rest rooms are in such a poor condition I can explain.

Worst Hotel so far I stayed....

Bath rooms is not clean. Very Poor room service. Room service phone does not respond. I requested a wake up call with coffee that was forgotten. Over all a very forgettable experience despite the location being close to airport

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Quality of servicce - actually there is no service. We had to request 3-4 time to get the room that we actually booked. Not a clean place at all. You may not even think to sit on their bed, forget about sleeping on it. Bathrooms- everything in bathrooms are very dirty, broken pipes etc. I will stay away from this place. I stayed there for one night only because I came too late in the night and I had no knowledge of the surrounding area to find a reasonable place to stay, and I prepaid for the hotel. STAY AWAY FroM THIS RATHOLE, DON"T BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.

The Hotel had no deails of my reservation. The room was smelly. There was no hot water, and the shower did not work. The air conditioning (when made to work) was too noisy that I had to switch it off. The breakfast was the worst food I have ever tried to eat - it was truly inedible. I checked out as sson as I could, tired and hungry. They even couldnt organise a car to pick me up and I waited over 30 mins for the driver to appear (from behind the hotel). If you want to enjoy a reasonable night ... then avoid this hotel.

Fine. Staff helpful. Shuttle bus convenient. Internet OK. Indian breakfast good.

I stayed in this hotel for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight out of Chennai. It was ok for that purpose and a safe place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel due to its good location to Chennai Airport, about 4KM and its airport drop off service, because we had to catch an eraly flight the next morning. We asked them to give us a morning call and arranged the time to take us to the airport that evening. However, they failed to wake us up the following mirning and the shuttle jeep came 15 minutes later. We hope they can improve their service.

Hotel Mount Heera provided us with a clean , comfortable room close to chennai airport and a very early morning free drop off at the airport , just what we needed.

We stayed here for a night. Its better not to depend upon the included airport transfer, as there are few vehicles (in good shape), and too many requests. Take a pre-paid cab from airport @ Rs 250 and for drop, if their transport is busy, then three wheelers/cabs are available for hire 24hrs.
The place is clean, staff is polite and helpful, and the food, though having just South Indian cuisine on the menu, is awesome! We called the cook and gave him a shabash and tip.

Hotel is near the airport, about 10 mins drive, and they provide free airport transfer. Even if you miss the airport pick-up , book a pre-paid taxi outside the arrival which will cost INR250.
Do not have high expectations on room standard and condition of toilet. Convenient if you have to stay overnight to catch flight in the morning.

Reasonable price for short stay but have to update contact phone number. Included comprehensive service of MAA airport pick up and drop off .

I’m could just say this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed, but that wouldn’t be fair. The location is excellent for the airport, the transfer quick and comfortable, rooms are spacious, furniture OK. The S Indian buffet breakfast was tasty but poorly stocked. There are restaurants snack places and a crazy bar nearby around the station.

The big problem was the antiquated aircon. It’s like sharing your room with a train – for a couple of minutes during which it emits a loud noise and a feeble stream of coolish air. After that it sits quietly for a much longer time, doing nothing. In the first room they gave me, the fan didn’t work either. In the one they moved me to the intermittent aircon reduced the temperature by a few degrees only, but by lying under the fan on full power, I was just about able to get to sleep.

Not for long! After an hour I woke to find the fan down to half-speed, the aircon turned off and the lights weak and flickering, as though the voltage was reduced. I rang reception and was told some story about power supply problems. After several calls, normal voltage was restored, but I was wakened, bathed in sweat, by the same thing happening over and over again. I must have phoned a dozen times throughout the night. Draw your own conclusions about why this happens. Even if it didn’t, it wouldn’t be great. As it was I got hardly any sleep and would never go back.

We just stayed for one night so we could go to the airport in the morning.- the transfer service was good. For the price, it was adequate, although I wouldn´t recommend the bar or restaurant.
The fixtures and fittings were old and not always working, and the bathroom was very basic, but it was clean.
Also, it was walking distance from a local train station, so going into the city centre and back was easy (about half an hour).
