Pros;
Ac and wifi is working good, spacious place for a family staycation. Staff was so friendly and accommodating.Dental, spa and 7/11 just outside the hotel 2min walking. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, spa, saloon, laundry and public hospital if any emergency.

Cons; Wish they could fix sauna and threadmill @fitness area. AC upon request wherever anyone needs it., swimming pool out of service, Towels are worn out and old. In our suite, No soap in shower area. Stove wasn't working. No cooking utensils or pots and pans, no TV,s in the bedrooms,
They provide free half buffet breakfast and few selections of main dishes which you can order on the menu, disappointed, i have been staying at the four Seasons since I started visiting Pattaya around 15 years ago, i won't stay there again,

We found this place very comfortable. The bed is wonderful. The room is big.The balcony is exceptional. Call of you the food is good. The only issue I have is the perfume that they use in the cleaning products which is very strong, especially around the pool. I definitely would stay here again

I like the location of the hotel. I think the improvements should be the wireless service. It drops so frequently. The signal is not strong enough in the higher rooms to maintain a connection.

Pros:

Unfortunately the swimming pool needs completely renewing all the tiles are cracked or misssing and covered over with a kind of pool liner which keeps floating up.
My room was to the rear of the hotel next to waste land where I was woken at 5:15am every morning due to cockerels
But the rooms were a good size and maids constantly cleaned them

Big 2 bedroom suite for excellent price.
Pros:

Great service, hotel is a bit dated - but that was expected. Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite with reasonable price. Good option to have the kitchen, but recommend more dishes (plates of various sizes and a carving knife). Nice and quiet but a bit far from Soi Bhau Khau and surrounding dining, shopping and beach. Plan on 60 Baht motorcycle taxis every time you leave the hotel - but that was fine. Pool was okay, housekeeping was timely and everyone was friendly. Good covered parking if you drive your own car.

Pros:

Absolutely the worst place I've stayed in Thailand. Dirty green alge pool,smelly musty room,front office staff very rude and unenthusiastic staff everywhere. Housekeeping is a bit hit and miss but, they do try their best under the circumstances. This place needs a change in management, from the top to the bottom. My advice, stay elsewhere.

Pros:

I love the size of room 1.5 bath. The staff were just amazing. Disappointed with the condition of the spa sauna in disrepair and there was an issue with the WiFi during my stay. However whenever I come to Pattaya I will try and stay here.

The internet is Terrible even with an extender.The house keeping needs improving.The whole time I was there they never cleaned the bathtub.One time they didn’t give any toilet paper as well.Unless you ask they don’t change the sheets.

The property is so worn down. They need a major renovation. Everything feels yucky. We did not even sleep under the sheets because it just feels dirty. The shower head in both bathrooms were broken. Water sprouts out everywhere when you turn it on. Showering was miserable. Since we only stayed 2 nights we sucked it up and did not report to the front desk. We were just ready to leave ASAP. The staff was. I e but we really did not utilize them. We needed 3 keys but since it was so old the room keys are actually keys and they only had 2. The towels are old and not even white. They did not even give you enough small towels to use for the stay. Everything was very limited. We will NEVER return to this hotel again. This is truly not a Four Seasons Hotel like the US. They should not even take this name. Book somewhere else if you still have time. Pictures are great on the internet but in reality it was horrible le.
