Great Location when using Calais
Pros:

Great location before using Le Shuttle. Staff are very friendly. Good good in the restaurant as well

Nice place, sensible price.
Pros:

It’s a nice place, clean, quiet, lovely views, safe parking.

Cons:

Terrible pillows. Always have been. Been staying here for quite a few years and the pillows are terrible.

La propreté des lieux, personnels agréables .
Chambre agréable, propre , literie confortable.

Cons:

Le manque de chambre avec douche .
Le restaurant reste cher pour le choix et qualité des produits .
Le plat de cabillaud avec ces légumes, n’a aucune saveur, très peu de sauce .
Bon rattrapage sur le dessert, dôme aux fruits de la passion excellent , bien que très petit .

Outstanding service and very attentive staff.
Pros:

Excellent service throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the generous and well-prepared breakfast lunch bag provided due to our early departure. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even early in the morning.

Pleasant dog friendly overnight stay 😀
Pros:

Location, large bed, friendly staff, cleanliness, & refillable water bottle in room, very pet friendly being able to have him in the restaurant 😀

Cons:

The breakfast was a little disorganised, running out of things, but the staff where helpful & was nice to our dog. Not much we didn't like really

Everything was adequate, great for a quick overnight on the way to the ferry.
Pros:

Room was ok.
Breakfast was very good.
Access to the motorway is very good.

Cons:

There wasn't enough staff at the hotel, at the Restaurant there was to many staff standing around a lot.

The food at the golf restaurant was average. The restaurant in the hotel was nicer.

Exceptional, comfortable, clean and friendly.
Pros:

Great parking, friendly professional staff, hotel room was immaculate. Bar was a relaxing and well tended. Breakfast was also excellent value.
