Room comfortable and clean
We traveled due to medical testing. The hotel had a horrible smell. The smell was awful on the 5th floor where we were staying. I seleted the room online because of the room pictures that were posted. I selected this hotel due to carpeted rooms. The room did not look like the photos and there was no carpet. There were plenty of much cheaper hotels available. After seeing this hotel in person and experiencing the smell, I do not feel the price reflected the quality.

No hot water in 1st room.
2nd room hot water took so long to come through. Thought we had no hot water again.
The shower filled with brown water and wouldn't drain. It smelled awful on the entire floor and the bathroom was worse. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and the bedding we were given had holes in every linen. Thankfully my kids brought their own blankets. I'm very disappointed. Holiday Inn used to be a reliable hotel for middle class standards. It's in line with motel 6 now.

The elevator situation was a little weird. Once renovations are complete I think it will be great.

The property was very affordable and great for my needs.
It was under renovation and the indoor pool and hot tub didn’t look very clean. I would not allow my son to swim in it.
Big room, was able to get reasonably priced meal on premise. Good location for my needs. Friendly staff.

I couldn't get room temperature to cool enough through out the night while sleeping.
Close to highway but not on highway
My I phone wouldn’t hook up to Wi-Fi I couldn’t make or receive any calls or messages unless I went outside
