Pros:

Très bon accueil, chambre désuète mais qui a du charme...belles piscines...

Cons:

Peu de fréquentation, hôtel qui a besoin d'être modernisé et repas moyen pour un prix assez élevé.

Hoge verwachtingen helaas niet waargemaakt
Pros:

Ontvangst door locatie manager was prima, overig personeel was niet echt toegankelijk. De locatie is op zich prima en ligt ook goed, net buiten het centrum. De kamer was prima, maar ook niet meer dan een hotelkamer; niet de kwaliteit die de uitstraling van het hele hotelcomplex doet verwachten. Het buitenterrein is ruim opgezet, schoon en goed onderhouden. De beide zwembaden liggen er mooi bij, hoewel de kussens op de ligbedden wel aan vervanging toe zijn.

Cons:

Het hotel had heel weinig gasten, waardoor (vakantie)sfeer ontbrak. Het diner - wij waren de enigen - is matig en in dat kader relatief duur; het ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar niet bijzonder en ook hier waren wij natuurlijk één van de weinigen.
De tweede avond bij Friends in Rissani gegeten, een aanrader! Verwacht geen luxe restaurant, Friends is super eenvoudig, authentiek Marokkaans, maar bijzonder toegankelijk en klantvriendelijk.

Un standing de haut niveau !
Pros:

J’ai apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Abdelghani et ses conseils de visite dans la région.
Le personnel est attentionnée. Le lieu est magique et il se dégage une atmosphère de calme au milieu des palmiers. Tout était parfait. Merci.

Eine wunderschöne Anlage – nicht günstig, aber wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren und das Zimmer war sehr, sehr groß und schön.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Eine riesige Auswahl mit frischem Obst, Kuchen, Croissants, Baguette, etc. – wirklich schön.

Tolle Anlage , komfortable und mit einem Serviceteam welches immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein.
Schöne Zimmer, eine gute Küche, welche sich um 2 Restaurants kümmert.
Überragend Frühstücksbuffet.
Und Platz zum sicheren parken für Auto und Motorrad
