The front desk team manages every check-in and check-out smoothly and efficiently. The room service team does an excellent job, and the in-room dining service is always prompt and satisfying. The breakfast spread is delicious with a great variety of options.

The housekeeping team did a great job maintaining cleanliness and keeping the room comfortable. The room service menu offers good options for in-room dining. I especially enjoyed the Grand Thali.

Tip Top Mithaiwala also has a great selection of namkeen and sweets, with plenty of good options to choose from.

The room service was excellent, with delicious food and timely service. I also enjoyed dining at the Grand Thali Restaurant—the thali was authentic, satisfying, and offered great value. Tip Top Mithaiwala was equally impressive, serving a fantastic variety of fresh sweets and delicious namkeen.

The rooms are old. The plug points are very archaic . They can have plug points with the facility for new gadgets but they don’t . Toilets and shower are basic . All in all the facilities are equivalent to a 3 star hotel. There is no portico for the car at the entrance . Room sizes are decent .

Can make improvement on light switches, charging plug points

The ultimate thing which I liked was food and the quantity provided.
It was worth the price.
