The Front Desk team ensures a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out process, while Belldesk assistance is always readily available whenever required.

All our guests have consistently appreciated the buffet breakfast, describing it as delightful and well-organized. The Grand Thali restaurant offers a perfect lunch option, and the à la carte dinner service through room service/pantry has always been a great experience.

A special note of appreciation to Mr. Chetan Bhanushali for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He truly excels in all aspects — from managing reservations promptly to coordinating logistics and ensuring timely vehicle arrangements for our guests.

For early morning departures, Mr. Chetan personally ensures that packed breakfasts are prepared and delivered on time. His dedication, ever-smiling nature, and proactive problem-solving attitude are truly commendable.

We had booked multiple rooms at Hotel Tip Top Plaza, Thane for our outstation guests, and the overall experience was excellent. The hospitality extended by the entire team was truly commendable.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the lunch at Grand Thali Restaurant, which offered authentic flavors and a warm dining atmosphere. The buffet breakfast service was well organized with a good variety of dishes, and the in-room dining experience through the à la carte menu was equally satisfying.

We also purchased mithai and hampers from Tip Top Mithaiwala, which were of exceptional quality and beautifully packed — perfect for gifting and celebrations.
