We had a fantastic stay of over 15 days at Tip Top Hotel, Thane, Mumbai—truly a memorable experience. Manager Mr. Chetan welcomed me with a smile every time and had an energetic presence. He’s truly an asset to the hotel.
The welcome desk staff were top-notch, and their professionalism stood out.
The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options, superbly managed by the hotel team. Every morning, we not only enjoyed the meals but also felt a personal touch in the service. It’s this attention to detail that makes me look forward to visiting again!

Tip Top Plaza is located conviniently in Thane. Can reach locations in both Thane, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai easily. Airport is less than 1 hour during non-peak hours.

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Tip Top Plaza, Thane, along with my entire team for more than 3 months, and our overall experience has been truly excellent.
The staff is extremely supportive, courteous, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism and hospitality made our long stay very comfortable.
The breakfast options every morning are great, with a good variety to suit everyone’s taste. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for their consistent and accurate daily cleaning service.
Room service is also impressive, especially the à la carte menu, which offers a wide range of options even late at night making it very convenient.
The Grand Thali restaurant is fantastic for both lunch and dinner. The Aamras Puri is a must-try and absolutely delicious.
Additionally, Tip Top Mithaiwala offers great snacks for evening consumption. Our team also purchased sweets to take home, and the quality was excellent.
A special thanks to Mr. Chetan Bhanushali for his constant support and assistance. His hospitality and approach towards guests are truly commendable

All our guests have consistently appreciated the buffet breakfast, describing it as delightful and well-organized. The Grand Thali restaurant offers a perfect lunch option, and the à la carte dinner service through room service/pantry has always been a great experience.
